I've lost confidence that my duvet still exists or will ever be returned. Be cautious leaving valuable items here long-term; communication and follow-through have been a real problem. Update: I received a call from the owner stating he has my duvet and it's ready for pick up. I was excited and went to go pick it up. When i looked at my duvet, it is covered with mold. He insisted to tell me that it came with mold, excuse me? The audacity. It didn't come with mold. The mold build up was due to my duvet being in his storage for year and half. Instead of patronizing and gaslighting me, he could of simply tried to at least returned it clean as courtesy. I paid and again left frustrated. I don't understand how anyone does business like this.
