The physical therapists, Matt and Julie, are knowledgeable, ask plenty of questions, and answered all of mine. Something that stands out to me is how they recommend everyday objects (towel, grocery bags with cans of soup) to perform exercises. The facility is clean, beds are constantly sprayed down after usage, and the music is a nice distraction when doing my physical therapy. The only picture I've gotten so far is of my departing gifts from my discharge. But if I have to go back, I'll take more so everyone can see this great place!

Clegg and Guest is a place that you can walk into and feel, not just comfortable, but welcomed. In the 2 months I did my PT there, I felt at ease, unpressured, guided and cared for. There was not one single employee that EVER had an attitude, was cross or ac like the were unapproachable. Bre was my therapist who was not only great at muscle manipulation but in tune with the interior workings of my injured shoulder. She is really amazing! The young people who guided me through the strengthening exercises were also absolutely enjoyable. Liam, Dominic, Pierce and Jen were all very careful, helpful and supportive every step of the way. I had Ryan as my therapist and he pushed me and encouraged me to do as much as I could. I worked with a few other therapists as well here and there and they were awesome. There were days where I didn't want to come in but I pushed myself to do it and after every session I would always go home feeling 100% better. The women behind the front desk were so friendly every time I came in and made it a point to say goodbye every time I left. The equipment is great and accommodated to my every need. I would recommend this place to anyone looking to find an awesome staff and anyone looking to make their therapy as comfortable as possible.

This was not to be the case! Sunil and his staff are so gentle, they never push you past your limits and there was minimal pain. The most gentle physical therapist ever, and extremely knowledgable about shoulders in particular. I trust this place completely and if I ever need PT again I won't hesitate to return. Not a good experience here. One therapy session had my 5 month old son in tears. After our current…read morephysical therapist left, we were assigned another one. I notified the front desk that since I would not be present at his appointment that I'd like to speak to the new physical therapist to get to know her and ask how the session went. I never received a phone call. After speaking to the therapist, my response was "Well, we don't give out patient information." I reminded her that I'm the patient's parent and he's 5 months old. Speaking to the office manager led to me being told that we missed three appointments (we missed two) and that we would no longer be able to come back. Not happy.
