Eglo is from German origin and is the manufacturer and are well established in Europe, so Eglo here in Edwardstown sell what they make and do not distribute for other companies, in fact other lighting retailers in Adelaide purchase from them. We have purchased several lights for our home, ceiling and floor standing lighting and have been happy with our choices. Eglo do not install but they can advise what lights are suited to where. It's a family owned business and at times I have found the female (the matriarch type) to be a little stand offish (she must've been having a bad day) and one of the guys I found not very helpful on previous visits. But...there is one other man there who is fantastic (dare I say 'balding', I forgot his name). In fact I waited to be served by him, despite being approached by the other one if I needed any help whom I fobbed off, as I heard how he was speaking to the customers he was serving before me.
