I'm always helped with a smile, after the pandemic, the Post Office changed for the better. I don't understand why people have such bad reviews. Don't they remember they are our essential workers. They were working everyday through the pandemic, when we were told to stay in our home, but yes we all got our mail. Maybe some days later then others. But it's because of our US Postal Service that we got our mail and packages. I'd be ashamed to put them down. No one understands , unless they were a worker , that worked every day during the pandemic, to appreciate all that they do for us every day. read more

They are dishonest at this location. They have stolen items out of my mailbox and lied multiple times about leaving notices in my mailbox that requires a signature. When in actuality they don't make an actual attempt to deliver nothing. read more

This is the 2nd time this year our mail hasn't been delivered in over a week.Heart meds paycheck court papers held hostage. They keep saying your postal man is on vacation ,your mail will be delivered by another.went 2 times they already put on someone else's run.I called this am to hold it at post office so I could pick up .They still sent out this morning with someone who will deliver whenever ,this going on all week terrible with answering phones, spoke with male this am who obviously did not do his job. I guess more checks will bounce waiting a week to get paycheck.I should charge for my time and bank fees. read more

The mail delivery person is quite nice but cannot seem to get our mail delivered correctly to our box on a regular basis, I get a daily email showing the mail which was scanned to be delivered and some days, I get nothing, some days, other people's mail and some days I actually get my own. The lady at the window needs a class in customer service, she acts like it is an inconvenience to do her effin job either on the phone or in person! read more

I have had to avoid this post office area due to many small packages never actually being delivered yet the tracking numbers say they were...this PO has a service problem they dont seem to be able to resolve. I now have them delivered to a family member in the next town.. read more

The worst customer service EVER!!!! I was in there on a Saturday and the lady at the counter was on her cell phone and found it a hassle to count the money I gave her that she had to count it 7 times! She frustratedly told the person on her cell she had to call them back and proceeded to give me an attitude. Then the postmaster there - by the name of Henry is probably the rudest person I have ever had a conversation with! After asking him to hold a package at the post office, he refused and said he was returning it, too bad. I hate this location and will never return! read more
