Their workers as far as cleaning out the inside of your car are really pretty good if you just give them a little respect. Talk to them like they are real people. On the weekends some of them are younger and they may not do the detail work as well when the boss isn't watching. Would you? If you don't give them decent tips do you think they're going to want to clean your car out super well? I mean they will. However, what do you do when you're out at a restaurant or at a bar? You tip the people according to their service, but if you treat them with disrespect they aren't going to give you the service you're looking for so do the same with car wash. I tell you you'll get a better job done because I've been there and gotten it. I tell you, I blame the managers when people at car washes and Dunkin' donuts and things like that aren't going well and they're slow or unorganized.
