They are doing the very best they can to keep me going and that's not easy. A few things aren't getting better not their fault. Right now ATI is the only place I ever been for therapy. Not sure I would want to go anywhere else, if I get better or not. I will keep trying to get better. I will keep doing the exercises. Thank you ATI team for all your help. They do not consult you, just hand you a list of dates thattheyhavescheduledyourappointments. If they conflict with your schedule appointments including Doctors appointments they will note in the computer that you canceled then contact your Insurance provider that you're missing appointments. I asked them MANY times to not schedule appointments without my notification . They have bullied and been very rude when I addressed this issue with them and I was even threatened by Chelsea Storm PT. that she would not give me therapy. Which of all the PT that had worked with me,she was about useless. Most of the time I did the exercises myself or She had the person at the front desk do some of the exercises and sonnagrams so she could move on to the next patient or was on the computer... Choose wisely who you pay and ask for help. They may cause you another of unnecessary grief . This was the Newton ATI Clinic location.
