We got a very good energy efficient boiler (that has not let us down so far!) and great service from these guys. They agreed to complete the job when our decoration was finished, and came round within 15 mins of me calling them out of the blue when we were finally ready, two months later! They claimed it was unsafe because of a **tiny bit of rust** on the casing, didn't fix an ignition issue I raised, and tried to upsell me a new boiler for **£5,000!** What a complete waste of money for the service. I got a second opinion from the manufacturer, who sent an engineer. He fixed the ignition in 30 minutes and confirmed there was **no need** for a replacement due to rust or any other issue. When I confronted C. Anderson and Sons LLP with these findings, they refused to offer any compensation and completely dismissed my complaint. As the saying goes, "Never ascribe to malice that which is adequately explained by incompetence," but given all the evidence, it's hard not to question their intentions. If you're considering C. Anderson and Sons LLP, **think twice!**

The plumber they sent spent 5h doing some drainage work which had just been completed. I also asked to call me to discuss the work, and my tenant offered to put him through to me as I am the landlord based abroad, plumber didn't call me nor wanted to speak to me. Just wanted to bill a huge number of works to do unnecessary work. I spoke with Will Anderson who refused to refund some of my unfairly charged money. Worst plumbing experience ever.
