If I'm mistaken and this is actually a regional Italian dish that I'm not familiar with until now, please feel free to let me know! Since my intake of food remains quite limited due to surgery side-effects, I was concerned much of my meal would end up going to waste! However, I'm thrilled to report that our waiter happily packed my leftovers as take-away and I was able to partake of my entire meal in my own good time. Life is good!
