After they started the job and it became clear that the slab was 6" thick instead of the 3-4" they quoted, they let me know and did their best to fit as much as they could in the initial load. They're a friendly and efficient crew who protected my kitchen cabinets with plastic before beginning and moved appliances and pulled/reinstalled the toilet to get all the tile out.
