The rudest person claiming to be "security" in the eastern hemisphere. Top Flight gone wrong.

The customer service regarding the "Security". The woman who assist me and my driver while dropping off an order was highly disrespectful and belligerent. This woman (black) with a gray half zip jacket and black sweatpants with running sneakers (blue/black) was so rude and manipulative. She probably thought it was funny and sarcasm. How wrong. Another guy was there to deliver a package and she legit looked at him and said my driver "was going to beat her up". Like um, lady all we asked was "where is the reception" bc that's what the directions said to do. (leave at reception) Her response is, "Oh don't worry about that, yea don't worry about this, leave it here, I'm security, go on about your day" Like why are you talking like that. When I asked her about her attitude, not only did she calm all of that down, but had the audacity to get defensive. Where both here to provide a service and this is how you act? And she looked like she just woke up, she should be tested for drugs and complete another 4 hour training video.

Email cancelling trip. Expiring voucher offered but we just wanted the option to leave for a refund.

This company is a SCAM. AVOID! We traveled across the world for a cruise trip in Greece, took a bus to the port, waited for hours and then we're told our tour was cancelled. They offered no refund and we just wanted out. Customer service was awful. They offered an expiring voucher and changed our itinerary to something far inferior that cost them super cheap, and then continued to not offer us any repayment for the extra amounts we all had paid. So basically the took a trip they had already profited on and then profited even more by giving us a worse itinerary and not offering a refund to those effected who wanted out.

Options given to me by EF College Study Tours. They kept $165 for the global protection plan and want another $2267 to void the voucher.

I sent a message to management about my daughters cancellation. I find it very difficult to reach them. We have a situation out of our control and should not be penalized. Is there a way to contact VP directly?

The only way I have found is to send a legal letter. But don't expect anything but a form letter in response. This is one of the worst experiences I have had with a company. There is literally no concern or appreciation for customer situations.… Read more

My daughter completed the three-year primary program at Violeta. It was an outstanding experience…read morefor our family. Her first interaction with Violeta was a picnic for incoming families, followed by an individual home visit by her teachers before the first school year began. From day 1, the teachers and students are not strangers, thanks to the introductory events. Here's how Violeta continued to support my child's development: The mixed-age model was very effective at giving her practice leading and taking leadership from other children. In the first year, she mimicked the advanced children and took interest in more advanced tasks. By her third year, she was proud of receiving the more difficult presentations from the teachers (like division) and assisting younger classmates in learning skills she was already proficient with (like tracing, grading colors, and phonetics). I am thrilled to see my daughter, at age 6, already has teaching experience herself. Setting the table, using a napkin to wipe her mouth between messy bites, doing dishes, washing napkins, pouring her own glass of water from a pitcher, sewing with a needle and thread, tying her shoes, preparing a snack for herself and a friend, planting and harvesting from the garden, asking for help and helping others. Every day the teachers did this with the children, so my daughter's life skills are second nature now. The teachers are very thoughtful in how they design and prepare the environment to allow every student to practice at their own level before advancing to more challenging tasks and skills. Perhaps most importantly, Violeta has cultivated my daughter's motivation to learn, her skill to learn through observation and hands-on practice (standard in Montessori), and her ability to focus. At home, she self-initiates projects and remains on task without losing focus. She is attentive to her environment, thoughtful about what is around her, and happy to spend a day without screens. Violeta does not use screens. The school offers many ways for children to experience all their senses: smelling distinct scents in bottles, listening to world music with headphones, tending to living plants and animals, exploring the outdoors twice a day, and working with natural materials like arranging flowers for display. With bilingual instruction reinforced by proactive daily practice (e.g., Spanish mealtime conversations, workbooks, audiobooks, bedtime stories and more) beyond school hours, my daughter's language development has thrived. She has learned to do math, read, write, and build relationships with all ages in Spanish and English. For her, fluency has been a natural outcome of bilingual practice at home and at school.
