I purchased an IVG 2400 vape in the store however after opening and inserting the pods I immediately noticed only one was working in the vape. I regularly purchase vapes in the store and have never had any issues so l decided to bring it back three days later and get some assistance, however the employee (who said he was the manager) was extremely defensive and rude when I asked him could he check the vape was working correctly and accused me of using up the pods myself. Now I am a decent hard working person and wouldn't waste my time looking for a free vape worth €15 if there wasn't something genuinely wrong with it. I purchase this type of vape regularly which would normally last me 3 weeks, not to mention that they didn't work at all when I opened it and when I explained to him he was again very rude and dismissive. He asked me "well what did I want him to do about it?" I asked him for a replacement as it was clearly faulty and he laughed into my face and refused. He directed me to the vape manufacturer however when I explained my contract was with the store and not the manufacturer he again laughed at me. I emailed customer services detailing the above and wanted to give them a chance to respond, which I recieved today - they said they had checked the cameras and apparently could see from the footage that the battery was used in the vape and the pods were empty. (I'm not sure what sort of high tech cameras would pick this up) They also threatened me with legal action if I posted about my experience online so I would just like to make people aware if they are purchasing from this store to be wary as you will have zero comeback if there is an issue and even be threatened with a solicitor if you make "accusations" regarding their products, as they worded to me in their email. read more

I have left 1* as I purchased a battery from this store and it was faulty,after bringing it back to their store in sligo along with the warranty they refused to change it. If you go into their sore reviews they always have a feeble excuse and blaime the customer. They are horrendous at changing any faulty product,do not take responsibility for their lousy customer service. They are ignorant,arrogant and dam right rude. I would definitely not recommend these stores to buy luguids, batteries or anything else ,the owners are a disgrace. The only decent shop assistant was a young English fella who was so helpful but,he seems to have gone elsewhere.
