The store is actually quite big, with a good number of staff working, but they don't seem to make the most of the store's size, and although it isn't huge, I know of many stores that would use the size better, and although it isn't really needed from a phone shop, this layout to me, makes it feel more high end and off putting.
Ahead of joining Three in September, I have been around a few stores just to ask questions, and get a look at what customer service is like, having been disappointed all round with O2/ Tesco Mobile.
The staff here seemed good, and willing to take about "Negatives" regarding the network. They told me to check online for the prices, rather than a book, I do feel one thing letting this store down is this, at least they should have prices on a device, or a slip at the side of each "major" phone on the display, so you don't have to get chatting and risk "pushy sales" regarding a simple price. They did not offer to find one for me.
The staff members here, seemed happy to help, yet not in great detail, they didn't seem like they were eager to tell me more about the prices, and get me set down on a contract, which in a way is slightly negative, as I didn't mention my outstanding contact to them.
They told me about improved signal, and just said "yes" that they do let you use your phone for free abroad in some countries, they didn't explain this well, which could of worked out negative, if I had bought a contract and didn't know it was just a select group of contracts.
This is a nice store, but in a way it is very "basic" with the staff seeming nice, but providing information in basic form, a lack of pricing also costs this store, which adds to my comment on it seeming like a high end store. I would of liked to give 3 stars, but especially with the store being very "basic" and having a "high-end" feel, I think for now only 2 stars is possible, but hopefully I can upgrade this store in the future.
