Unfortunately he did not call in advance so I wasn't prepared. I was in the middle of something that I couldn't drop and took me about 10 min. Then the snow blower was on the back porch so I had to add gas, get out the electric start cord and bring it out front. When I got there he had left. When I called him he was very rude saying he had already wasted a half hour and would have to clean the carb (he claimed the gas was bad but it ran fine). Most of this could have been avoided if he would have just called before coming so I could be ready for him. Never will call him again for anything.

This would cause the blade to pull and tear the grass instead of making a clean cut. I was very disappointed and asked if he used a 30 degree angle for the grinder, he acted annoyed and said 37 and half degrees! I figured it was useless talking to this guy as he was the master of his universe! It was obvious they don't use professional table mounted Sharpener because the edge was not uniform.
