I signed up for a Course on 4/28/19 which they chose to cancel but did not notify me. Wasted my time and money I spent on a babysitter and travel. I message then on Facebook two weeks before the class to see if the class had the min required number of people to have the class and I was told they did and the class was a go. One week before the class I got a confirmation email about the class. When I arrived at ETC and they were closed, I called them and was put in contact with the instructor who told me the class was canceled because I was the only person registered and there was no way for me to take the class they day because there was no range safety officer available. They apologized and said there nothing they could do about the travel expenses but he would refund the course tuition. Which they did. Later that morning I recieved an email from ETC in which they apologized and promised to make it up to me with and work to schedule another class at a reduced rate if I was interested and that they would call me that evening. It seemed very genuine but no call that evening. A few days later I had cooled off and I emailed them back to ask about what my tuition cost would be if I scheduled another class with them. I also texted them to let them know I had replied to the email. After a few days of no email reply, I texted them asking about the tuition cost. The response was that they had not read the mail but they would review it and call me that evening. Again, no call. So a week later from the canceled class and they have made no effort reschedule with me or even have a conversation about doing so. They talk a good game but their actions do not align.
