This woman is a joke. Won't explain our story, but I can explain her biased opinions, not upholding…read morea legal divorce decree, and excusing herself from her duties after not even an inch of compromise from the person WE took to court. So much more to say, not enough time. Stay away! She won't have a 100% satisfaction rate, as she so call claims. I assume she just hopes people will eventually give up...just like she did.

Susan has mediated for me many many times. She is an excellent mediator and I highly recommend…read moreher. She has an excellent grasp of the issues in a divorce and is super good with numbers. She is very creative and has several times made suggestions that resolved an issue. A mediator is not an arbitrator and makes no decisions - she only can give her opinion. I note that an earlier reviewer criticized her for the drafting of the mediated settlement agreement. I have found her drafting to be excellent. I will also point out that each party and his/her attorney have the final say as to the wording of the MSA. If a party or an attorney does not like the way a proposed MSA is worded, he/she does not have to sign the document until/unless it is worded in a way he/she can accept. Susan is also an excellent collaborative divorce attorney. She was among the first attorneys trained in collaborative law in the state of Texas and has been quite instrumental in her collaborative divorce practice group. The same skills, knowledge and experience that make her an excellent mediator also serve her well in collaborative divorce.

I can truly say i've never had an experience like this before with a Real Estate office. They are…read moreresponsive when it comes to scheduling an appointment to tour a rental property. But that's where everything goes on the decline. I can truly say they are horrible at their job, because i've done their job before. I have not had to go such a pain for a rental. The last time I experienced this much proof of anything was with a mortgage underwriter, which is expected in the mortgage industry. Communication is horrible, and that's if i'm being optimistic. I was told several times by different staff members & Realtors they will call me back with answers to my concerns or questions and literally days later I would have to call and email to get a hardline answer. I don't complain about communication often, but this was a horrible problem with several in the office and I even verified they were licensed Texas Realtors. There are way too many options in Dfw to deal with their bad customer service.

This company was managing my properties poorly and gouging me in the worst way. As I was told by…read morethe new property management who they dumped me too, which is not any better (yeah you AMRR), did so without even having the courtesy of letting me know. The new company even told me that Citywide was too inexperienced to take on what they did with investor's properties. The accounting, screening of tenants, communications, especially my managing agent was just another car salesman managing my newly built rental properties! Took them several months to evict a non paying tenant who by the way wasn't even qualified to be renting because she was on government assistance..probably who couldn't hold a job. I highly recommend anyone looking to manage their properties to look elsewhere!
