Based on my own personal experience; If you desire a reliable car and would like to see good customer service, care and "genuine" best intentions go to Mazda, Honda or Mitsubishi, I've bought from all 3 and received nothing but excellent service and care. Note to other; do not get glasscoating, even if it's done properly spending £20 in Halfords on some decent polish will have the same affect, do not get Gap insurance either from a Nissan dealership, visit ALA (backed by some good names) and you'll get it for a fraction of the price, if you go thru topcashback you'll get over 10% off the price back, I was quoted £299 by Nissan, I paid less than £70 with ALA. Pass this information on, and hit the sales people where it hurts ;-).

I'll be honest, I haven't personally had an experience of this place as I don't drive. However, a…read moregood friend of mine recently purchased a used Ford Focus Estate from Bristol Budget Cars. At first, everything seemed to be fine. Then after a couple of days we all started noticing the smell. The smell of death. He completely and thoroughly cleaned the entire car, inside and out. Still the smell of death. The next thing that happened was that whilst driving along, £40 suddenly fell down from the steering column. Very strange. Then the whole car proceeded to fall apart, piece by piece. I think that by now, my unfortunate friend has had to spend more on fixing the thing than it actually cost him in the first place. It all seems a bit dodgy to me, but of course this could be an isolated incident. I'll leave you to make up your own minds.

If your looking to buy a "shed " this is the right place to go, if it's a car that you're after ,tread very carefully because once you've bought it ,they dont want to know if you go back and complain. They told me that they're "not aware of any faults with their cars, (as guess what), they dont check them, they just take them in and pass them on". Oh great .Good job I'm not a smoker ,as chances are I'd have gone up with the car! as there's a lovely strong smell of petrol But hey Guys, haven't you got a duty, of care to your customers?" . A lovely economical car that costs £10.00 a day to run in petrol if you're going about 20 miles. Isnt there a button to press to rate no stars as one star is too generous. Be warned folks, tread very carefully with this dealer. Anyone else had any bad experiences ?
