Since it wouldn't let me get past that page because I didn't fill the insurance part in, I decided to go early for my appointment on Monday morning and fill it out then. When I got there, early, and told them about being unable to fill in the form because it wouldn't let me past the insurance page, the receptionist told me that I wouldn't be able to be seen today because the form was lengthly. I explained the above to her and that I got the form on a Saturday and they were closed so I couldn't call to get my questions answered. She shrugged her shoulders and said again, the form was long and I wouldn't be able to been seen. She said I should have just put N/A in the insurance part. How was I to know that? There were no directions saying that. I explained it has taken me 5 months to get the VA to authorize the visit. She shrugged again. Could I come in tomorrow. I said no. I do have a life. And she shrugged again. I picked up my stuff and left. Don't you think I could have filled out what I could get done before seeing the doc and then finish it after? You can also bet no matter how long the form was, I could have finished it before my wait was over since there were 2 other people waiting before me.

Looks can be deceiving! I was referred to dr job by my bff…read morewho highly recommended him. At first i was unsure because he works from his home office, basically a removated garage gym. But My sciatic pain wouldnt let up so figured id give it a try. Ive been to plenty of MDs, chiropractors, PTs, and they all help for a couple days but the results dont last long. After 3 visits over a span of a month my sciatica is so much better. This is the first time my Dr actually explained the problem. The exercises he gave me seemed random at first but work!! We're focusing on my shoulders now because of all the stress i carry there. If you want results and don't care for all the bells and whistles go see Dr. Job!

I got soooo lucky finding Dr. Job on YELP! I was in a car accident that left me with an injury…read more Through some trial and error on treatment, I was referred to chiropractic. I didn't know where to start but I trusted YELP reviews to FHS Chiro. My first visit with Dr. J was great, he didn't try to make me do x-rays and try to see me 3-5 times a week, sell me supplements, homeopathic oils, etc etc. He accessed me and based off his knowledge, experience, and education he was able to see what was going on with me and get a plan in place. I was seeing him every other week, down to every 3rd week. I never felt that he was taking advantage of my claim, like A LOT of chiropractors do. My appointment was never an in and out 10 minutes. It was always a genuine how are you, let's talk, let's go over movements, things I can do day to day to improve myself and make changes to have lasting effects. He is not your stereotypical chiropractor, I would describe his techniques as modern: chiropractor/physical therapist/massage therapist in one. Functional health at its best. I have learned soo much from Dr. J about my body and how small changes can have lasting effects. I've improved thanks to him.

While I could write Millennium a review, this is specific for anyone looking for an exceptional…read moremassage therapist in Las Cruces/Rio Grande Valley (they can be so hard to find anywhere). I've been seeing Ivan Sarabia at Millennium for medical massage for 5 months (Jul-Dec 2018) and will continue to for as long as he's around. I see him frequently about once a week. I've made it perfectly clear with the company Ivan is the ONLY one that gets to work on me!! I've been getting massages for about 17 years from different licensed massage therapists in, out, and around the state. And, I have to say he's one of the best I've held on to (besides one other who is well established, knowledgeable, and seasoned in Albuquerque BUT does not have anywhere near the awesome bedside manners that Ivan has). I've had substantial trauma to the neck: 10 incidents of whiplash from accidents, a violent assault on the job, years of mixed martial arts (fighting, sparring, grappling). Lots of sciatica pain and hip issues. I'd been experiencing piercing, pinching, searing pains from the neck down my right side to my heel, pinched deltoid to tingling and numbing fingers. Pain and very limited range of motion was bringing me to brief periods of debilitation. Then, Ivan changed all that around. I'll add I was also doing decompression treatments to my C5, C6 vertebrae paired with Ivan's massages which assisted in deeper healing to the decomp, but now only do massages for upkeep. My sciatica issues have only undergone massage, and I can go for weeks without noticing pain. I don't have to go weekly but only choose to because he's that awesome, and I love rolling out of there feeling like melted butter (just sayin')! I've been able to go back to yoga, can return to kickboxing, weight training, hiking, I just recently had a 2-hour West African tribal dance lesson (and that's wild, full body movement!). Months ago, none of this was possible (sitting, walking, lying down, bending, working was all very difficult at times). Going in to see Ivan is like going back to your college anatomy class but with an easy-going instructor! You can learn about your body and understand exactly what he's doing! It hasn't failed (for me) every single time, Ivan has made me feel safe, comfortable, and puts me at ease when I walk in frantic and agitated in my day. This has always been important to me as I've navigated life with anxiety and have had PTSD. I need to have absolute trust knowing my massage therapist is competent, willing to be open to me, gentle, cares, actually listens to what I have to say, pays attention to their own instincts, etc. Furthermore, Ivan can carry a descent, worthwhile conversation if you require that, humor you, but is perfectly content in giving a completely tranquil and soothing massage without the distraction of talk especially when it's absolutely necessary. He has always followed my lead. I always feel "held" from the moment he places his hands on my back, prompts me to breathe, and then I can let it all go. He's mindful throughout the massage and seems to have an intuitive sense of what you need. His massages range from gentle/relaxing to slow (very) deep tissue. As added bonuses, he gives great hugs, is confident but humble, has a fabulous smile to brighten your day, and does amazing healing chakra work if you're into that too!!! Anyone (male or female) looking for a LMT who is well-rounded in so many respects, a person who is incredibly likable, and takes very good care of you, Ivan Sarabia is the one you've got to try out for your most needed healing!! Call Millennium, schedule him into your day soon! P.S. The massages only seem to get better and better! Blessings and may you find your restoration. BE WELL! :)
