Had he shown ANY willingness to listen to his attorney and compromise the outcome could have been much different but he insisted on a jury trial and as such he lost on all counts and ended up owing my client over $20,000. It pays to listen to your attorney when they recommend settlement.

When I told him who it was it immediately changed his tune and said I was done when I gave you back the info. I said no you told us to keep trying and you'd get us with Boston if we didn't get someone. I asked do you not want to continue, he said I have a lot on my plate. I told him fine. He stalled us another 7 months. With the way the files were returned. I don't know how AGO and the justice bridge has him for help as he is none. But, I firmly believe in Karma for the school dept and him.

Absolutely terrible experience. I used them in the sale of my condo. It took a week for me to get…read morethe check for my sale and they constantly had excuses on why my money was not delivered on time.At one point, I went to their office when I was told the check would be there and their office was closed. Nobody notified me of this. There was no sign on the door. There was no response to phone calls or emails.When I reached out to the manager of this group, she told me she took her staff out for lunch. So the reason I could not get my check this day, she responded "As an employee yourself, I am sure you can understand the importance of employees having an opportunity to be appreciated for their hard work." So apparently me being employed, should forgive them for not being responsible for giving me my check. I was also charged money for items that I was told the buyer was responsible for. Absolutely zero respect for a client that paid them to do a job. So overall, the legal services themselves were very poor and things were not properly explained, and the customer service and client support was absolutely terrible.

I'd been trying to test this case for years and finally thought I'd found the right partner. It would've been simple filings, I agreed to pay and was good for it, he seemed interested in the novel theory, I presented sample filings, and HE ACCEPTED IT. He told me to send the initial letters which I promptly did, I received the replies which I forwarded to him, but I never, ever heard from him again, not even when it became an issue of I need to know if we're doing this or I will be in default--just 100% ghosted me. No "sorry I just don't have time" or "I changed my mind"--that would've sufficed instead of allowing me to think he might still be out there if I could just catch him in the right moment. Aside from the rudeness of this, the unprofessionalism is breathtaking. Nobody wants to have to call a lawyer. If we do, it's often b/c something has gone horribly wrong, and we are particularly vulnerable. To treat people this way in that state is, to use a legal term, unconscionable.
