We have bought and sold 3 houses with Pete over the course of 10 years. He is an honest hard…read moreworking guy that you can trust. He cares about his clients and his real estate knowledge is vast. The most recent deal with him was a few weeks ago. We had to sell our house quick, but we concerned we would not be able to in the time frame we needed, and get the price we needed. There were 4 houses for sale on our street that were very similar and a few listed for less money that what we needed to get for our place. He gave advice on how to stage, as well as what he thought we should list for to get the price we needed in the time frame we needed. I actually wanted to list for lower than what he suggested, but he insisted if we wanted to get our number this is what we should do. I took his advice and our house sold in 5 days for very close to our list price, and frankly way more than my bottom line. That justified his commission on it's own, but if you factor in the money we saved from not having to carry 2 houses, the savings was immense. He also looked after all of the details of the move from permits to paperwork. I would strongly recommend Pete for any one looking to buy or sell a house.

I chose to enter the housing market at the craziest time. Interests rates are low, relevant…read moreinventory is low and demand is high. Tim came highly recommended to help reach the goal. I am so glad I went with that recommendation. Tim made himself very available and did everything he could to get me in for viewings expediently, giving me the best chance to get an offer in. Houses were literally conditionally sold (C/S) after the first day of showings, just madness. His services almost seemed boundless. Tirelessly accessing homes, keeping an eye on C/S properties that I was interested in and entertaining my relentless texting about...what about this house... can we get in to see this house in 10 minutes (lol, not actually 10 min, but you get my jist)...what about searching in this area...etc... . Thanks to him I did get a bid accepted, in the area I was hoping for and all on the first day that home was shown. He gave the best advice prior to making an offer and has a wonderful personal twist to present with the offer. I truly believe he was a huge asset in securing that deal. As well, he gave us a great Home Inspection recommendation. I now gladly recommend Tim for your Real Estate needs, whether buying or selling please do consider having him on your team. Thank you, Tim!

When I started working with Travis, I had very little ideas what I was looking for and he helped me to really narrow down what I needed and what best fit my lifestyle. Once we narrowed that down, he was very quick to suggest properties for me to look at, and to give me feedback on ones I selected and why they might or might not be a good choice for me. I really valued his extensive knowledge of the city and each area's unique characteristics. Travis is good at keeping emotions in check, and making sure that the business aspects of the house and sale are being considered first, and he wasn't afraid to remind me when I was getting to emotionally invested or not thinking with the right frame of mind about a property, or a part of the buying process.
