If we could give a -10, we would. If you want to place that cares about you after you've been there…read morefor five years this is not the place. We have been going for test after test after test for months and never received any results whatsoever, but they are very quick to send the bill and we're very quick to pay it. Today, my husband who was in a wheelchair and cannot operate on his own, went in for tests that lasted about 3 1/2 hours. I was in the car waiting and I instructed the people that were in the office to please call me and I would come and get him when it was time because there was no parking near the front. After about 3 1/2 hours something inside told me to go check down at the front where the entrance is I found my husband in his wheelchair going down the street! Nobody called me. Nobody told me what was going on with him. I still don't know what all the tests were about or what they injected into him while he was there, but I'm sure I'll get a Bill. When I called to find out what was going on, they blamed it on him for leaving the office after getting his card for his next appointment which I never saw. I'm the one that cares for him as his wife and they didn't have the courtesy to call me and actually blamed it on him but they opened the door for him to let him out. Tell me who's at fault. Could they apologize? No, they just blamed him. When I called to cancel the upcoming appointments there was no question about why. That front desk needs a whole overhaul. Very unprofessional very uncaring. I still don't know why all the tests were run over the years and I still don't know what the results of those tests were. I don't know what they put in his body and I don't know what I should watch for. That's the kind of Care that we received. If you wanna call that Care.
