Working with Sarah ultimately led to an invaluable feeling of ease and security for our future…read more My wife and I worked with Sarah for 8 months and we accomplished so much! Our goals were to learn more about our options and get those options organized to be able to make smart choices to be prepared for our short term goal of moving out of the country with an eye on the long term goal of having a financially secure future. If we had remained in the US we would be lifetime clients! Sarah took time to get to know us and understand our goals and approached us in what I would describe as a holistic approach that was welcoming, understanding, and came with a great deal of knowledge, guidance, and organization. Working with Sarah is an amazing experience and I believe one of the best choices you will make for your future!

Note that the other 5 star reviews were from over 7 years ago. I was there yesterday to inquire…read moreabout a small business loan. The young man who "helped" me let me know that the person who I needed to talk with had just left. I said no problem. And was thinking he would he facilitate connecting with them ...instead he kept asking me personal questions about my business and the amount I wanted to barrow without any privacy or rapport building. I let him know I'd be happy to share those details with the person who could help me but he ignored my expressed boundary and kept asking... no eye contact, no acknowledgment of the boundary I had just communicated, no actual professional understanding of business. Then to top it off, the person he said would call me in 30 minutes never called! This bank may have been great 7 years ago but things have changed!

Feeling part of a community is important to me, and I always disliked the coldness of big banks. They never got to know me as a person, they knew nothing about my business vision, and didn't care to ask. The wonderful people at Flatirons Bank will make you feel welcome in a way that only a small community bank can. It's easy to contact them when you need something, things get resolved immediately, and they truly care about you. Their products and services are fantastic as well! There's nothing I dislike about this bank. If you can't say that about your bank, it's time for you to switch, too! :)
