When I asked for disability accommodations, the process dragged on so long that I never received anything in time. I was left unprotected, unsupported, and ultimately forced to drop out. LSU talks about helping students, but when you actually need protection or timely accommodations, they disappear.

While the store is kept clean and had a large selection of booklets and hands on manipulatives that students can learn from, I will never shop here again. Here's why: upon my arrival I was asked if I needed any help and I advised the staff I was looking for math materials. I was directed in the right area and started to browse. From that point on my shopping experience was interrupted seven different times by the two staff members who were present asking me if the materials were what I was looking for. I clearly was finding items that I planned on purchasing because my hands were full of items. It was extremely frustrating to be interrupted so many times by the staff popping into the isles I was looking in especially after I advised them I was ok and specially pieces together lessons for my students. In the future, I think allowing customers space to breathe and process their ideas would benefit you as a company. Thank you.
