Always the best work and a pleasure to deal with on three separate projects - sofa, two side chairs & dining chairs.

When I contacted them about being unhappy about the erroneous product description, they mocked my 3 dollar cd purchase and hoped I could financially recover. I paid 9 dollars with tax and shipping. 95% record shop, 5% antique shop, 100% very cool shop. I waited a few weeks to pen this review just…read moreso I could try out the stack of records I bought and see what kind of condition they were in. All were PERFECT! How is that even possible?! I got 2 for $1 each (insane) and was almost positive they would be scratched and skip. Not the case. They played wonderfully. The others I got were not expensive at all and all also played wonderfully. When I stopped by they had a few crates outside, all for $1 a record. Not only did I find a Leo Sayer album in those bins, but also a old Greek movie soundtrack! I didn't know the artist and it ended up not really being my favorite, but I just thought it was so cool and couldn't resist, and for a dollar?! I am very sure my dad will get such a kick out of it when I show him. I walked out with those two gems plus an Abba, Smokey Robinson and Johnny Cash album and I think I spent like $20. I chatted with the owner a bit who was really friendly and helpful. Their old loc was near the corner of Somerset and Easton for all you RU alums that are wondering how you may have missed them all these years. They had some cool vintage/antique pieces and nick knacks, but not many (hence the %5) but I highly recommend a browse around if you are looking for affordable records or just want to browse around a great little shop. Thank you for the newest additions to my very thin collection!

We were out for my husband's birthday on 10/26/23. We saw this shop and stopped in to take a look…read more They really didn't' have anything that interested us, so as we were about to leave, my husband asked the Lady if she had any coins. She said that she did and went to get a tin from behind the counter. The whole time she kept saying that she didn't really know that much about coins but proceeded to pull out some of the larger coins for us to view. My husband chose two of the $1.00 coins she showed him and some small change. After looking them up on her phone, she told us $40.00 for the 1900 dollar and then said $150.00 for everything he had chosen to purchase. The second coin was dated 1797 Trade dollar. When we got home the next day, I looked them up for him to check the values. My first clue was when I could only find "Trade dollars" minted in the 1800's. I then dug deeper and found out that it was a fake. After reading information on them, it was suggested to put a magnet to it to see if it stuck. Well, it did! I immediately checked the 1900 coin also. Guess what? Fake also. Lesson learned for $150.00 is always carry a magnet with us and have the equipment you need to verify what you have in your hand. I'm just glad we didn't get taken for any more than we did. Buyer beware is the right phrase for this shop!

Even with a sign on the door stating closed returning at a specific time, if you return after that time, they are not always open. The door will be locked and if you knock, no one answers. The first time I did this, I had to call and spoke to somebody. The second time however, I did not bother. The store does have a decent selection of mostly jewelry items for sale. If you were looking for antiques, this is not a traditional antique store.
