The owner, Pete, was very accommodating and professional about the whole situation and scheduled my drives quickly and efficiently. They give you full driving lessons here, starting with parking strategies and real-world applications of what will be on the driving test at the DMV. They really prepared me for my driving test as well as what I see on the road every day while driving. The instructor that I had was very friendly and respectful towards me. Totally recommend.

He did end up getting a perfect score for his permit exam, so he learned something. The staff here is great. They let us switch from the 6:30pm class to the 4:30pm class after my son saw some kids he knew from hockey. My son said the teaching went really fast, which freaked him out, but as I stated he did well. I guess the other students often were on their phones and not paying attention. Based on the format of the classes, I appreciate that the instructors brought in guest speakers to talk about things like drunk driving. The instructors were also really good about sharing real-life tragic accidents and resulting deaths. My son said it was a little much, but they made their points. We didn't take the optional practical driving lessons, so can't comment on that.

Very disappointed in Northwest. My daughters turned 16, went to get their driver's licenses and…read morethey weren't certified by Northwest (they had successfully completed everything). Called Northwest and they stated they didn't have all of their information. They had asked for it while my daughters were taking driving lessons and my daughters copied their info and gave it to the instructors as asked. The office manager, Austin, said she never got it and there was nothing she could do. Said it happens often. So I ended up wasting a vacation day and my daughter were both extremely disappointed at not being able to test for their license. Office certainly has some process problems which they just state it was a paperwork problem and happens often. Oh well.... I would avoid them if you're looking.

He carries a mini whiteboard and draws visuals to help students learn which is great for visual learners like myself. My daughter rides consistently and the prices are so affordable that I don't mind. She is being taught everything from grooming and tacking and riding to cleaning up, personal responsibility, safety, and riding etiquette. Every lesson is different. There are different types available for riders of different skill level, type, age, and approach. The stable owner and trainer is hands on, patient, funny and so respectful. I am just never anything but impressed with her and the team of workers and volunteers that help her out (including Husband Dean). We had our first birthday party there this year and it put things just up and over the top. I had to do a review. I cannot recommend this place any higher. Its a home away from home. 5 stars and beyond.
