I've had work done on my RV by these guys twice, and never again. The first time was when I bought…read morethe RV. Took it in for a "complete" inspection, and paid in full. Also got 6 brand new tires, oil change, etc. to make sure the RV was tip top. Received the report from tech, and inspection was great and no issues. Upon getting home I was inspecting there work. First thing I check was the fuse box because I noticed my CO2 detectors were not operating. 3 missing fuses, with zero notification or documentation from tech. How was he able to do the inspection, test, then note all in working order with missing fuses? The second time, I was in a pinch and needed a quick oil change and tire rotation. I figured they couldn't mess that up. Upon arrival, I noticed my fridge light blinking so I asked the tech to take a look at it. I also explained my top paragraph to them and asked them to look at the heating system now that I had replaced the fuse. Tech agreed and stated they probably just needed to be "jumped" since it had been setting in storage over the winter. This was at 8AM, finally, at 4PM I gave them a call for an update RV not ready, but the tech had the report from the inspections/testing of the fridge and heating system. Tech stated he had several other techs, and over the phone tech support for inspection and testing. The conclusion by all was both units needed to be replaced. I then was informed that tech had a "connection" on the parts, and highly recommends them installing it because it's "very confusing". Needless to say, I passed but was still billed $125 for the diagnostic. Came home watched a 7 minute Youtube video, and had both units up and working perfectly in less than 10 minutes. Called Sparks immediately to inform, and was told the shop manager was out, but she would defiantly have him call me back that was April 10, 2018. If your getting work on your RV by Sparks make sure to double check.

This place is just appalling to deal with. first off they are just out to take advantage of people,…read morebefore you get into a tizzy let me explain. On a dark winters night my husband was on his way to work, it had been raining for some time now, as a matter of fact it had been raining for many days. He took his normal route to work and spotted the high water sign, now mind you, My husband works third shift and it was dark, and by the time he had hit the water it was to late, the van had stalled ca-chunk-dead it was bricked. Luckily there were people home not far from where he had hit the water and a nice gentleman loaned my husband a pair of wading boots and went and got his truck and pulled him out. Now by this point unbeknownst to my husband, the nice gentleman's wife had called the sheriff to come and take care of the rest of the "situation". So Said Sheriff arrives gives my husband absolutely 0 time to call anyone and just calls Reinhart to make the tow. Now My husband had not asked for said sheriff to do so, and when Reinhart arrived my husband made sure to inform both of the gentlemen in the cab of the truck that he didn't have money for their services. Now one cannot feign stupidity here and tell me well I didn't know that meant he didn't want towed! They went ahead and put the van up on the flatbed anyhow. So my husband asked them to stop by the house so he could drop off his things and also he wanted the van dropped here. now this is where I came in. I came out side to say the least at this point I was beyond livid, and told them that what they were doing wasn't right and they knew it. That in order for me to pay this whole bill up front I was going to have to forgo buying groceries for my children and I would have to forgo my lupus medication and my fibromyalgia medication and my migraine medication. One of the "men" told me if you can't handle your finances that's your fault, yes because I went and got sick just to screw up our finances... (eye roll) So at this point I told them isn't there a payment plan we can set up then he accused me of trying not to pay my bills. That's when my father in law came out and told them that what they were trying to charge us for the tow was ridiculous and the other guy told my f-i-l to go out and buy a $65.000 rollback then you can go and charge people what ever fees you want. see what I mean just out right rude. so if you can help it please do not do business with these people.
