Hop in the elevator and you will eventually reach Aumnie's tiny Mongkok showroom. The place is pretty no frills and you'll try on your serene tank, spin bra or sharp short in a tent (and rely on a pal to drag the mirror over to said tent so you can see yourself). I found the fit of their form fitting tanks lacking and their pants just okay but I wear the looser fitting pulse singlet often and like it quite a bit. I won't be rushing back to Aumnie but it's worth a look if you're after activewear with a unique look (just make sure to try everything on)!

But the male manager? Sir... why are you yelling? I asked a very normal question and got hit with full-on "I don't get paid enough for this" energy. His tone? Rude. His attitude? Stank. His vibe? Absolutely not giving Lululemon core values. I'm sorry, but if this is leadership, it's not leading anything except customers straight out the door. Lululemon prides itself on mindfulness, inclusion, and guest experience -- and this guy showed none of that. Mic drop? Your team deserves better. Your guests deserve better. And frankly... so does that hair, because it looked raggedy AF.

I wear their clothing for long haul travel because they are as comfortable as silk pajamas and on flights over 6 hours, being comfortable for me is key. For any of you long-haul travelers, I would encourage you to check their stuff out. This airport retail outpost is located at the top of the intra-terminal tram. Take it to the Gate 40 stop, go up the long escalator and look to your 11 o'clock for the store front. The sales gals are friendly and welcoming and the 2 things of note here are that they sell a local style, comfy brand shirt with "Hong Kong" imprinted on it which you will not find in any other store. They also have a wall of travel tags listing all of the International Airport destination codes to put on your purchase indicating where you are going and that you originated from HKG. Kind of a cool marketing play. I can't argue with the comfortable, high quality active wear that comes from this brand. I logged over 175,000 flight miles in their clothing last year and it has not failed me yet. Seeing this airport store was a neat little comfort find far from home.

Shopping and dining in Hong Kong…read more.. Our group decided to walk over to Ocean Terminal for dinner. There are so many restaurants! Luckily, there was a staff at the directory who helped guide us around this enclosed, air-conditioned shopping plaza. We decided on a Korean restaurant, but couldn't find it. We walked the entire length of the Terminal with no result. We ended up at a different Korean restaurant. After dinner, we looked at some of the shops, but they were more of the high-end type. We did enjoy the views at the end of the Terminal!

Day 9 and 10 Exalted East Asia Cruise on Oceania Riviera…read more We cruised into rainy Victoria Harbour in the early afternoon and docked at Kowloon's Tsim Sha Tsui Ocean Terminal. We planned a nighttime shore excursion on an open-top bus and waited to see if the weather would clear before canceling. However, we'd peek outside to see if the rain, lightning, and thunder would lighten up. Still, after several hours, we decided to cancel the excursion because of safety and comfort concerns. Luckily, before canceling our shore excursion, we disembarked across the covered gangway into the Ocean Terminal/Harbour City Shopping Center. The Ocean Terminal is directly connected to the secure Hong Kong Immigration and Customs Agency and the Harbour City shopping center. The immigration and customs agents checked our Landing Cards (Hong Kong no longer stamps your passport for entry or exit) and did random temperature checks. The agents were polite and kind to direct passengers into the Harbour City Shopping Center or outdoors towards conveniently waiting taxis or transportation. There was free WiFi service, but I used a personal/private mobile hotspot (5G GlocalMe), which I had to register with the Hong Kong Government before leaving the ship during our two-day stay. The Harbour City shopping center had many high-end retail stores (fashion, beauty, jewelry, electronic, furniture, home, sports, and specialty) featuring popular international and American brands, a supermarket, banks, and various ethnic restaurants. We were impressed with the helpful concierge services that offered maps and shopping recommendations to lost or overwhelmed tourists. There were a lot of residents mixed in with visitors, and seeing the masses of shoppers made me think about the state of Hong Kong's economy and the cost of living. We wandered around for a few hours after purchasing some snacks at City Super. We considered dining at Reserva Ibérico (Spanish tapas), HEXA, or DUCK Victoria (Cantonese) before returning to our cruise ship to cancel our attendance for the night shore excursion. My husband's friends (husband & wife) joined us on this cruise and wandered Harbour City with us before I suggested the guys return onboard, cancel out from the excursion, and then return to the shopping center to have dinner onshore. After fifteen minutes, I received a frantic text from my husband and his friend asking for directions back to the ship. I laughed because he confidently said he could find his way back but admitted he got confused. After asking which store he was closest to, I knew he had taken a wrong turn and went to another level. He righted himself after I gave him directions. He sent me a text confirming his return onboard and told me to continue browsing before returning. To my surprise, he made reservations at Oceania Riviera's French restaurant, Jacques (Pépin), instead of eating at one of the Chinese restaurants in Harbour City. I continued browsing with my husband's friend's wife and ran into several other tour group passengers from Hawai'i who shared their discoveries within this gigantic shopping center. The other women and we said we could and would make roaming around the Harbour City Shopping Center as destination they'd return to and the Ocean Terminal serves as the best access for first-time visitors to Hong Kong.

I kind of stumbled into Uber Tunique today drawn by their little window display. Super cute jewelry...necklaces, rings, earrings, pins, etc. Not heavy stuff, but little and light and cute. Lots of product for such a tiny space. All items are reasonably priced. I bought a great little pair of smoky colored crystal earrings for $180HKD. I had a million ideas in my head on how this would be a great store to buy holiday gifts for girlfriends. Unique stuff and again, reasonably priced. They also had a small amount of clothes, candles and other various home stuff. The staff member was friendly, but let me browse without bothering me. She said this store had been open for about a year. Kudos for small business and I thought this little store was darling. I will return when I am in this area of town.

There's a reason why the crowds aren't piling into this mall, there really isn't that much to see here. There used to be a nice coffee shop upstairs that I enjoyed going to, that was the only place where I didn't have to fit off 10 people for a table, however since the coffee shop closed, I never really set foot there anymore. There's nothing to see, the shops are overflowing with mainland Chinese (namely Louis Vuitton and Chanel). It kind of defeats the purpose of going into a shopping mall. I believe they went through a bit of renovations a few years ago, possibly a rebranding exercise, I don't see much difference. I think they could possibly do a little better positioning the mall. The shops itself are decent, just for some reason, they haven't managed to bring the right crowds.

It's a great place to get a souvenir or purchase a gift. They have some interesting novelty items. I purchased a scented oil diffuser, a fake floral decor, and a wallet.
