Searched all the realtors listed on the Century 21 Wright Real Estate web site. I found Susan Littlejohn. She had over $5 million in sales and had worked in Tahlequah for 19 years. Further Google research was very complimentary. I stop looking when I read that Susan was just a "real" person! That's who I want, someone like me! Called her up and got to see her within an hour. We hit it off right from the beginning! Susan was like family you like and want to be around! She had our interests at heart, trying to get the perfect fit for us, while doing her job. It was delightful working with Susan and we would do it again in a heartbeat!

Suzanne Myers was our agent for the sale of our home in Tahlequah. Throughout the entire process we…read morehave been extremely dissatisfied with Suzanne and would not recommend her to anyone. Suzanne lacks communication skills and would not respond to our calls or texts for several days regarding questions we had on the sale of our home. She lashed out several times over text and was unprofessional and rude (see attached screenshots). Once under contact and during the inspection period the buyers were able to walk our home with the home inspector completely unrepresented (with no agent) for several hours until the agent showed up for the last 30 minutes, which was very uncomfortable and not okay with us. When our home closed she failed to notify us until several hours later and after we had found out from the title company after contacting them when not hearing back from Suzanne. Suzanne also scheduled the termite inspection without asking us first if it was okay (as we were still living in the home) and when we stated we were upset that we got short notice (we had to ask when it was she never provided the date and time until asked) she was rude and unprofessional in her response. Her photos of our home were very mediocre and over edited and made the walls of our home look a different color. Suzanne seems to lack emotional control and treated us as if we were a burden to her. This has been a horrible experience and I would never recommend her. If you want to be treated as a burden and spoke to rudely and left uninformed throughout the entire process then Suzanne is your realtor agent.

In 2022, Sidni helped us to sell my mother's home, and she was fabulous! But,when we walked into the property we purchased, Sidni was very observant. Sidni noticed that when my husband and I walked in that I started talking about where I could see colors going, etc... Apparently,my husband noticed it too, lol. That's how they both knew, this was going to be the next house for my husband and I. The process was smooth but crazy along the way. Sidni handled the insanity that went with the sale with style and grace(all this while keeping me grounded and sane with the help of my husband).
