I first came to EDN facing an eviction. I didnt know the law, i didnt understand the law. I was clueless on what needed to be done to fight my case. When i came to the program i was in deep depression. I was walking a thin line of life n death. Facing eviction really shook my core. It forced me to wake up and gain control of my life. I saw as my brother and mom who i love very much being affected by this. I could not stay put . I had to take action i had to fight. It was a scary tuff process at first. Everything is new everything felt like a stuggle. Dealing with deep depression and anxiety only made things that much more difficult. I applied myself fully to the program. I took the advice "watch the videos come to class". I was empowered. I am on my 3rd court apperance or in court terms JT3. I dont have fear anymore. I actually look forward to my court dates now. Why you may ask? I have being doing the heavy lifting the programs tells us to do to become empowered. That is what i am, empowered. I had to do a lot of studying a lot of court preparation. EDN staff has being amazing. Very helpfull, understanding of the emotions Fleming throu our bodie while navigating this ugly monster. Please i urge anyone who is going throu this process to come to EDN. Do not doubt that they will help you. -TAKE THE LEAP OF FAITH THEY WILL CATCH YOU- read more
