There is some great staff still there but many were chased out when they repeated reported abuse…read more Christina was responsible for many allegations. My son ripped out his 2 front teeth at 18m in her care. They didn't do anything to work on his verbal skills. Christina slapped a pen cap from my son's hand. This was reported to family and childrens services on Friday afternoon. I wasn't notified until Tuesday at noon. I punished my son on the weekend for slapping my hands. We thought he was just hitting and being a brat. He was trying to tell us. They claim that she didn't make contact. My son had bruises on hs hands.Christina wasn't fired. She was moved to another room( The infant room) and staff didn't know what happened. The staff that reported her were punished and fired. I got the full report and found out about other abuse she committed she was not only verball abusive with 3 year olds on multiple occasions but picked 2 of them up by their wrists. Do to her not being allowed near my son he was held back in the toddler room. His progress with potty training, education and socilization was stalled for an extra 6 months. i tried desperately to find emergency care to no avail. Melanie continually covered for Christina and made excuses for not moving Hayden up. We are still struggling to fix the damage they have caused.

I am on the fence here when writing this. my child had the experiences with some wonderful teachers…read moreinfants and toddlers with Vanessa and Maria who offer all types of sensory and go that extra mile with the little things.... to My child absolutely loving the teachers in preschool three. natasha and tamara run an outstanding classroom. those two young girls go over and beyond for the children in their care. my child was able to do simple math, spell their name, and problem solve independently(this is just minimal examples) They provide the at most positive space for children to thrive in. I wish those two young ladies nothing but the best in their careers. My child misses you two a lot. now brings me to my concerns.. recently from a parent understanding this location has gone into a spiral of changes. I reached out to the current "centre director" she goes on with a very caring attitude and up-forth go getter at first. but I have seen her personally display a sluggish bitter attitude some example: protocols and certain responses experenced previously. ive seen teachers hussel in emergencies and they have always given child the best care... no doubt. I've had quite a few experiences with this individual due to my child being in the toddler 1 room with her. My child never really grasped a bond with her(which is fine, children don't like everyone). I just hope she is providing a space that nourishes her staff, appreciates them and allows them to grow. As I would hate to see some of the teachers leave there in Case I have another child. (Selfish but really some teachers are great) needless to state: if you think of selecting BP kitchener as your daycare pray and hope you get the teachers listed above as they will have your child's best interest. Be mindful and firm with expectations and certain covid protocols As Often then not at times you can see the opinions take over, the narcissistic tendencys. i have experienced my child being sent home with a runny nose then hearing from parent texts and chats that there child was displaying symptoms and allowed to stay. i Find this super frustrating what makes there child better???? I wish your child a somewhat good experience if placed in the right classes. my husband and I have been with this daycare for a few years and have seen the staff roll overs, the move ups, the changes and the goodbyes to some really kick ass teachers. I hope this find the right hands. sincerely a worried mother and previous family.

I will keep complaining and even i will talk to human rights and all organisations

Okay. Recently renovated, the facilities are very nice. The pool is always just the right…read moretemperature, though don't come during family swim unless you want to be swarmed by small children. Go for a later public swim. As for the gym equipment, most of it is fairly new and we'll maintained. There are plenty of wipes to wipe down the equipment. The weight machines are, however, clearly designed solely for men, and if you're a woman planning to use the weights you probably want to look up proper positioning online before you come as there are only guides for men, and, as we well know, we fit into the machines differently. Finally, there are often small children roughhousing on the equipment in areas they're not allowed, and the staff acts like you're disturbing them when you ask if they can tell the kids they're not supposed to be there. All in all; good facilities, if you're a guy and don't mind kids loudly slamming weights and machines.
