Months (December 19th - April 13th) go on where I continued to bring them the truck with no loaner or other vehicle to use and they'd keep it for a week then tell me to come pick it up just for the check engine light to turn back on as soon as I got home then bring it back for another week and continue this process for months. When I asked to go else where they didn't want to unless I was paying out of pocket. Which not having your personal vehicle for months will cost you money, time and in my case my job. They finally gave me a refund April 13th but I'm still waiting to see if it goes through or not. The only reason why I know it was an after market part is because I took my truck to Victory Layne and they told me. They will tell you one thing and do another that suits them best, without letting you in on what's happening, then tell you it's fine to keep driving while your truck has the same check engine light you paid to go away.

Finally, I called and someone answered. We were trying to leave for Michigan, and only wanted to know if the car was ready. I understand it happens, but we ended up delaying our trip for a week. The AC was working well enough for her to survive for a while. , They said the owner would call me. But no call! For the life of us, I couldn't locate a tire gauge in her garage and she hadn't a clue where a gas station that had air was even located. But she did know where Affordable Auto & Tire was, as apparently my father used to come here often when he was alive. So, in we drive and I encounter Jeff, asking if they can help us out with air for one of our tires (and I haven't a clue which one). Sure, Jeff tells me, and I'm instructed to pull the car parallel to one of the bays. I inquire about costs. "Oh no, it's free." OH. MY. GOSH! Pull the car around, and before I can even get out of the car, Eddie is checking pressure and adding air to all of our tires (seems they were all low -- who knew?)
