I explained that I never received the copies of the documents I requested so I requested they send them with tracking. Kelly, from Jim's office, politely refused to provide any assistance beyond submitting the request again. If an agent cannot produce your actual policy, how exactly is that agent expected to compare coverages or policy details to ensure you are properly insured? I would strongly recommend finding any other agent.
