This is mostly just an industrial kitchen which does catering.
But every now and again, it is transformed into a pop up restaurant.
Russell Smith is the chef behind this project and the most recent pop up was a collaboration with the team behind Table at Hillside. Made up of Sariann and partner David Crabtree Logan, who was one half of the Scratch Series supper clubs in 2014.
I've previously been to another of Russel's pop up dinners and can vouch that his food is brilliant.
