I went in to the Napoli store to make an exchange of a clutch I just purchased the day before in Rome and Rosa was extremely helpful. Even though the exchange was only a 75 Euro price difference, Rosa offered the 4 of us water, offered to put my new clutch in a box, and took the time to look for another color in a second clutch I just purchased to see if she could accommodate that exchange as well. Knowing that I was from the U.S., Rosa also gave me her card and told me not to hesitate to reach out to her if I was ever back in Naples and needed anything. I left a very happy customer!
