But at your own risk! Fraud! They do not deliver - they change your order without notification- they do not call you back or follow up with email!! There are much better companies that don't gaslight you or are rude to you! Not only did they not deliver my order- they didn't even tell me! I found out only after asking my mom if she received her gift a few days after the fact. I called and edible arrangements said "oh yeah it didn't get sent out- we can send it now it will go out in 4 days and we will refund shipping". I agreed and asked for their manager to call me back. Manager never called me. On the day of the order I called my mom and she said she got the chocolate- but there was no flowers. Again I called back and they refused to pass me to a supervisor or manager saying "they were busy but that they will call me back". They argued they refunded me the flowers... but they never asked me if I still wanted the order after changing it without my knowledge. (I would have said 'no!') Manager never called me. I called three more times asking for the manager because the representative that I spoke with 'couldn't do anything about it'. They want me to pay 50$ for chocolate order that didn't agree to- didn't arrive in time- wasn't the actual order- and didn't even come in the correct box. They just gaslight me hoping I'll just give up 50$. Company is refusing to refund my money. read more

I live in Texas and ordered an arrangement with balloons for my niece's one year birthday. Ordering online was effortless. Prior to receiving the delivery, a very nice delivery man called to let me know he was on his way with an ETA of 30 mins to one hour. When he arrived (I think by 30 mins), he knocked on the door, quickly but carefully placed the arrangement on the ground, shouted thank you, and took off. I ordered an arrangement for my daughter and asked for 6:00 pm. It never said they couldn't do it in the order. They called my daughter, which didn't know it was a surprise to see if they can deliver it earlier. She works at a daycare and can't answer phones or leave the kids room. They never contacted me. The manager left at 2 and didn't call me until the next day said oh I'm the o e that called sorry. So tired of people apologizing for their poor service. Oh no what a nightmare. I paid over $200 for two arrangements for Mother's Day and definitely not as pictured or even worth the price. Fruit size is small and mediocre. I was better off splurging on a large floral arrangement or Costco dipped strawberries. I was excited to see that Edible Arrangements decided to offer free delivery on fresh fruit during the Great Social Distancing of 2020. For $20 +tax, a box of fruit was delivered right to my door. The driver called ahead of time to notify me of his arrival because they are also adhering to social distancing guidelines (THANK YOU!). So, what does $20 get you? I received 5 bananas, 4 oranges, 4 apples, 1 cantaloupe and a large bunch of grapes. All ripe and beautiful, which I expected because their arrangements are always delicious and fresh. read more

I order from the location on Irvington but I love ordering things from this place for family and friends. I been ordering from them for years now and I have never had a issue. Will keep ordering and surprising people with some delicious fruit/chocolate mix's. I ordered 2 of the mothers days set ups & I got the 12pk of strawberries for free!! A few months ago, we lost our (very expensive) car key fob. After hours and hours and days of searching for it, we determined it must have been lost. One day, while driving to work, my husband noticed a "FOUND" sign. It was our key! One of our neighbors found it! Yes! Well now, we needed something to send them as a thank you. Flowers seemed weird. A giftcard is too impersonal. We decided to try Edible Arrangements for the first time. We browsed the website and found something reasonably priced for what they're selling. It's all somewhat expensive, but the fact that you're sending this stuff usually as a surprise gift means that's just the name of the game. Anyway, they have tons and tons of different fruit arrangements to choose from. This store on Speedway was the one to arrange it and deliver it for us. Everything was very fresh and tasted great, according to our neighbor. They delivered it on time. My husband decided to go to this store to buy me some chocolate covered strawberries for my birthday after this experience for our neighbors. He didn't want to pay for delivery, and really, why bother when they were just going home with him? But...Wow! The strawberries are huge! They were all perfectly ripe and tasty. Some of the better strawberries I've ever had. The chocolate that they're dipped in was rich and thickly layered on each strawberry. You don't get ripped off at Edible Arrangements with the chocolate or size of the fruit. The chocolate also had a variety of toppings on it. Some with large chocolate chips, some with tiny choco nibs, and some with heart candies. They were all good, and even though they seem like they're all similar, the different size of chips and sprinkles changed the mouth-feel and texture of each strawberry. They also have a lot of other toppings, and also white chocolate dipped strawberries. I'll definitely be trying them sometime! Edible Arrangements is pricey, but I really think it's a good treat, and an impressive gift to give or send to people. The Speedway store is a great location. Give it a try! read more

I've ordered and loved arrangements from here in the past, but I am quite disappointed in their practices amid the COVID pandemic. From a corporate standpoint, they seem to be taking action, but within the store, execution is lacking. Masks are currently mandatory inside per local government ordinance and the employee that helped me came out of the back without one. She realized I had mine and went to the back to grab hers, but it felt like getting it was a hassle for her. I'm now hesitant to eat my $50 strawberries because I don't trust that they were prepared following local health and safety laws if this company is not enforcing health department mandates. The same unmasked employee handed me a pen and asked me to sign for the order. So much for contactless pickup! I will be finding other alternatives for gifts in the future! read more

This was my first time using edible arrangements. I wanted to surprise my husband at work but knew he wouldn't really like flowers. Somebody sent these to me once and I loved them so I thought I'd try it myself. They arrived very quickly, carefully, and fresh!! The fruit was so delicious and juicy. I have ordered different arrangements from this location of Edible Arrangements over the years, starting first with a delivery to a lawyer who stated it was the most beautiful thing he had ever seen get delivered. He was really impressed by the fruit bouquet. Have sent one to my mother, picked one up for my dad at Christmas time and NOW, I want somebody to order one for me! Our son & his wife sent us the heart shaped box of chocolate covered strawberries with a 'Happy Anniversary' balloon for our 50th wedding anniversary this past Saturday.
