My mom would often gift me items from this store and they were always so unique and cool so I…read morethought I'd drop in to see what it was all about! Stepping in it smells so good! Possibly a mixture of their candles, incense and sprays for sale. It has a great layout with clearly marked pricing which is appreciated at a boutique like this. They offer seasonal items, self-care, Tucson centered gifts, some clothing and jewelry as well. It is very organized and clean. I purchased something and they take the time to "gift wrap" it in some tissue and a bag with a bow. Very thoughtful. The only thing I missed and maybe it was just that day... there was no music on. I always notice that at establishments and think it adds so much to the experience. I will definitely be returning!

It's a cute shop with a variety of nice items and a big selection, and different price ranges, but they are not very friendly. I felt awkward in there. I was in the store for about 7 minutes and not a "hello" or "welcome" was said. I think because of that, I didn't want to touch anything. There were maybe 5 other customers in the store. And as I was walking out I also didn't hear anyone say "thank you" or "have a nice day!" Or Happy Holidays!" Nothing. I used to like coming here when I worked close by and would stop in to shop for my coworkers. I don't remember the staff being unfriendly like today.

I love Bookmans and always will! I've loved this place since I was a kid and I make it a point to…read morevisit every time I come to Tucson. The prices haven't changed a whole lot since I was little which is nice. I love their book buying program and have existed solely on store credit for years now. I love bringing my old stuff in and shopping while they evaluate it. I live in Oregon now but I make sure to hang on to my credit slips for my next visit. The parking lot is huge but it can still be hard to find a spot on weekends. The store is clean, as are the bathrooms. The people working here are a real delight and are always super friendly and ready to help out with whatever you need. I will always be a Bookmans fan as long as they exist.

Presentation: 5/5 Cleanliness: 5/5 Efficiency: 5/5 Customer Service: 5/5 Price: 5/5 As every Tucsonian knows, this is a second hand store that has a LOT to offer everyone. Whether it's a magazine, Fender Stratocaster guitar, 1980's metal cassette tapes, LP's, maybe a graphing calculator?? - puzzles, entire decades of video games and miscellaneous wires and controllers, or even a an odd book mark, THIS is the place! There are ONLY two Bookmans left in Tucson, and even through the pandemic, these places bring in the crowds. Sometimes the prices aren't much of a bargain, so check online if that's important otherwise the inventory if huge here. The customer service is always top notch, today I was looking for a coin collecting book and sure enough, they had it; and knew EXACTLY where, on what shelf it would be all from communication from the counter. The staff are all knowledgeable, you and they offer an Educator's discount of 20% if you're in that line of work and as many may not know, you can Trade in nearly anything there! And while the plethora of people are constantly working those front doors, the lack of general seating is something I don't think the management sees properly. People are always looking for a spot to sit as the store is huge; management, please, seriously take note! Summary: Wonderful place, no drink counter (management..!?) great customer service and a dedicated spot to bring your children and get them interested in books! Would absolutely recommend this place, especially if you're new to Tucson!
