As the doorbell rings kind of late in the evening...my son shouts, "Mom come down and take a look." Sorry, nothing gets past me, it's close to Mother's Day and I know my son got me something. As pretty as the delivery of goodies are, I can't help but see the beautiful smile and proud look on my son's face. One thing you have to know about my kiddo, he is tight with his money. God knows, he has more money than I do. So for him to do this for me, it really touched my heart. The delivery arrived on time as promised. Everything was packaged nicely and the edible chocolate covered strawberries were ruby red, plump and fresh. Gifts like these are always on the pricier side so that's to be expected. They also do bouquets of flowers but my son knows that I'm not into flowers. He later told me that he carefully chose his selections. Uh-huh, we all know who ate most of the chocolate covered strawberries and candies. As my son goes off to college in the fall, this will be a Mother's Day celebration that I will always remember (sniff, sniff). read more

I paid extra for on time deli for Mother's Day not only did i not get my delivery i got charged and no one in this company picks up the phone to answer where my order is. I received an email from Edible Arrangements for my birthday that told me to visit any local store to receive a complimentary gift (initially thought it said 12pc chocolate dipped strawberries). I called this store and they said they would have this ready for me same day but when I got a confirmation email I noticed the order said I'd receive chocolate dipped fruit and I called back to clarify. The gentleman on the phone told me that the gift is chocolate dipped fruit, not necessarily just strawberries, but said I could pay for that full price if I solely wanted chocolate dipped strawberries. I declined as this was a complimentary gift so I figured I'd just take it. To my surprise, I came home and opened the box and they gave me 12 of chocolate dipped strawberries and they were so fresh and delicious. You could tell they were just made and the best I've had. Customer service is terrible - they would not send a new, decent looking arrangement nor would they refund my money. DO NOT USE this location. I always order from Edible Arrangements in Somerset but I have never ordered anything from the Milltown location. Well this will be my very last time. The melon and pineapple looked like it was over ripped. I told to clerk who made the arrangement that I wasn't satisfied. Abs he kept saying that he just finished making it. I told him the the some of the fruit didn't look fresh. Plus the arrangement said large but look like a regular size. And I was very disappointed. But he didn't care. Just kept saying that he just finish making it. I usually over from Sonerset location. And I have never had a problem with them. The fruit always looks very fresh. I tried to make a complain but the same guy kept answering the phone. I guess will the write a complain to the owner. Edible Arrangements on Ryders Lane Milltown NJ gets 1 star. You suck!!! DO NOT BUY FROM HERE! MOLD-RIDDEN PRODUCT THEY REFUSE TO REFUND! If I could give this location zero stars I would. Within 24 hours, chocolate covered strawberries that were picked up in store, transported in an air conditioned vehicle, and immediately placed in the fridge were all covered in MOLD. I was blamed for "creating the conditions" that created the mold by an employee of this store and that a refund is NOT an option, and that I could only go out of my way to pick up (what would likely) be a similarly inadequate product. This is atrocious customer service and I have reached out to the main Customer Service line to resolve this. I spoke with Tangee who was helpful but she informed me they have to give the Milltown site 48 hours to resolve this complaint before they can step in. I placed an order this morning around 9:30AM Pacific time. Around 3:30 pm Eastern time I still had not gotten any delivery information therefore I decided to contact them to see what was going on. It turns out their delivery van was broken therefore they could not make deliveries. She asked if it was ok if it was delivered tomorrow. Truly, if I wanted a birthday present delivered tomorrow I would have sent it tomorrow! I was highly upset. I requested they just transfer the order to a different edible arrangement near there and she (Tanya) said she couldn't do that. So then I requested my money back. She said she could have it delivered by 6:00 pm, which I thought was way too late. I told her I would contact the Edible arrangement in Manaplan, NJ and would call her back. The employee at the Manaplan location, Courtney, was super helpful and friendly. She said she could have it delivered in 15 minutes! I called back the Milltown location and told them that I wanted a refund that they other location was delivering it in 15 mins, all of a sudden she says, actually I can transfer your order over to them! How funny! She couldn't before but now all of a sudden she could! Never purchasing an arrangement from Milltown again! read more

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION! My very first time ordering edible arrangements ever in my life and will most likely be my last. Gave specific, detailed instructions while on the phone with the employee for over 15 mins explaining that I needed a big order for the HR department and I was assisted in which order would be good for 15 people and that when the driver gets there there will be two doors that they will need to go to the doors in the front of the building and deliver it to our HR department. Unfortunately this communication was not passed on, I was told which was a lie that only my message on the note card they provide was the only thing talked about between me and the employee for the whole 15 minutes and my nearly $100 order was just dropped off to and I quote that was said to me on the phone when I called to find where my order was "the driver said he gave it to an African American woman". UNBELIEVABLE and unexceptable! It was not only delivered to some random person during COVID-19 times, it took them 2-3 hours after I called to find out where my order was to take it to its proper location. I asked to be reimbursed with a REFUND because to me that's just disgusting and they said they cannot do that. UNBELIEVABLE. I was told today after digging deeper that it was eaten out of where it was initially left. (Disgusting) Trust me it's not worth ordering from here you will lose your hard earned money. read more

I had placed an order for my boss and it was the first time I ever ordered an arrangement online. To make a long story short, the website was a little confusing and the two orders that I placed using on credit card, but to two different locations ended up being a nightmare. The two edible arrangements that I needed to go to two different locations, ended up both being delivered to one location. Now the ordered I placed was for a medical school, and was a note of thanks and appreciation from my boss. The next morning I discovered the disaster that happen and I immediately got on the phone with the Milltown location and told them what happened, and to try to rectify the situation. Although I had a not so pleasant episode over the phone with a young lady that didn't seemed too seasoned in her CSR skills. I then reached out to Edible Arrangements Corporate headquarters and filed a complaint. Within the hour of the complaint, I received a phone call from the Milltown location's manager and she apologized on behalf of her staff member and rectified my problem immediately. I was very impressed the way things were handled, and it being handled so promptly. I work for a very big medical facility and this particular location will always get a good word on my part and future referrals for going above and beyond on their part. read more

Its not very difficult to read an order and make sure its fulfilled. I am EXTREMELY disappointed with the ineptitude of this company. After spending a substantial amount of money on an order the foil balloon that was added on for another additional amount was forgotten!!!When ordering a surprise for someone you have ONE chance to get it right and your company failed to do that . Will not be ordering from this company again nor would i recommend to anyone i know. Much better options if you're looking to send a special someone a gift or surprise. Great fresh fruit always available. I stop in all the time for my wife and last minute gifts and they usually have something ready if not they make it for me pretty quickly. I have to say it is a little expensive but everyone always loves it when I bring one. read more
