However, the wrong order was delivered. I received a black and pastel yellow instead of a dark chocolate and white chocolate. If you used to patronize this store (McDonough) with the old management, they are gone. They were a professional couple that owned it. Now, customer service is lacking across both stores. For starters calling the phone number provided did not work. We had to go to the door and knock. It took several minutes before an associate came to assist. The arrangement was very pretty, however, the fruit was not the usual quality of Edible Arrangement. The strawberries had brown spots and the cantaloupes were very hard. I am not from this area & I did not read these reviews prior to ordering. I placed an online order for delivery to an estranged family member in the McDonough area that I would ultimately love to get closer to. I ordered the simple yet cute Gourmet Shareable Caramel Apple - Fall Colors. I placed and paid for the order online on a Friday for delivery the following Wednesday. The driver was having a difficult time delivering the item because said family member wasn't answering the door and kept hanging up on the inbound calls from the driver. I received a very detailed voicemail from edible arrangements explaining the situation and asking to reach out to the recipient. This made me call said family member to spill the beans because it was meant to be a surprise. I called the location back and they confirmed that the driver was able to drop by one final time to deliver. My family member was VERY HAPPY yet apologetic for how the situation played out. Edible arrangements provided great customer service but I don't have the name of the lady that called me because she didn't introduce herself. Regardless, the recipient LOVED their shareable apple. It was a simple yet cute gift. This morning I decided to purchase my grandma an edible arrangement for her birthday which was today. I've purchased many things from edible arrangement but never experienced this poor of service that I received today. I ordered product # 3494 which is the best birthday gift ever which comes with balloon package and confetti cupcake pineapple box. I thought this was an amazing gift from my grandma since shes in Georgia and I'm in California I waited all day for her to receive her gift her time 6:30pm they deliver it. Not only that they don't deliver ALL OF THE ITEMS so I'm highly pissed because I've paid $146 to receive half of what I paid for. My grandmother didn't receive the balloons nor the cupcake pineapple box. So I tried to give them a call and now their closed in which caused me to call customer care. At this moment I don't wish to receive another basket because today should've been a special day but that didn't happen. I hope I can get a return due to the poor experience I've experienced. I spoke with a rude employee that informed me that it was out for delivery and my wife would have it by 2 PM. My wife's office is now closed so it won't be delivered today. I messaged edible arrangements via email and was pretty much blown off saying they would have the store owner contact me in 48 hours. I wouldn't recommend ordering anything from these people. It is 2pm and the status still has not changed on the order. I called and the phone rang over 8 times all to en out on hold and then the rep comes to the phone to say they have a guest in front of them can they call me back unless I have a quick question. I said yes I placed an order early yesterday for delivery today. She said it would be delivered before 9pm today. This is for a birthday. Thank you Edible Arrangements of McDonough for ruining my Valentines Day. My husband set up a surprise delivery to my job on today. I had no clue a order would be arriving. Edible emailed my husband saying his items were delivered. I had nothing. My husband contacted the location and was told a glitch in the system sent out a message informing everyone that the orders were delivered before the temps could leave the store to make the delivery. When my order showed up at 4:30, it was someone else's, the order was 100% incorrect. My husband called multiple times with no answer to get a solution. I finally walked in to the store in McDonough with the incorrect order and the worker said 'uh oh'. I asked to speak with a manager who was no help at all. He refused to take responsibility for the major error that occurred. Instead he blamed the glitch and the temp driver. The customer service was non existent, he went on to say well, what you received was actually more than what your husband paid for. At this point I'm pissed because I knew exactly what was ordered after we realized I received the wrong item. I informed the manager that my husband called multiple times. He replied "we haven't been answering the phones all day". If as a company you had a glitch common sense would be to answer all calls to make this right, not hide. I will NEVER use this company again, due to the service I've received. Furthermore, This is a huge violation of privacy. Beware! I should have read the reviews before I ordered from this location. This is the worst customer service experience I've ever had in my life. The woman I spoke with, who did not give me her name went back and forth with whether the elderly couple I sent an arrangement to were contacted by phone or text. The bottom line is the deliver was made and everything went bad because they hadn't made contact with anyone in the house. When I asked her why she didn't call me, she hung up on me. Well, I called the Friday prior to picking up Saturday and was told the order would be ready Saturday afternoon. Arrived Saturday evening, no arrangement. No one seem to know what had happened. No apology... horrible experience. I requested to pick up my order Saturday, September 15th and finally my order was ready after calling Thursday & Friday leading to confirm order pickup Saturday. This business deserves to be shut down because of customer service . This is the worst experience I've had in customer service period. I placed an online order and this was the closest location to fulfill my order. I just recently lost an aunt to COVID and wanted to do something nice for my grandma and aunt before the memorial service. I ordered an Always in my Heart bouquet and additional box Swizzle Berries with a card for 138.38. When they delivered they did not include the additional box. I called and spoke with "Bunny/Bonnie" who claimed to be the manager . She said they put the box items in the bouquet because of how it came through their system. I advised that is not how I ordered and read off my receipt. I understood their was a system issue but that's not what I paid for so I asked for them to deliver the box for my aunt. Mind you the bouquet was a cheaper version of what I actually ordered. So the whole order was wrong but all I wanted was for my aunt to have her box. This woman laughed in my face and said on behalf of Edible Arrangements my condolences but you will need to call corporate or place a new order for the box. This was callous, unkind and disrespectful. So now corporate is giving them 24hrs to fix or I will get a full refund. No one should have to go through this. Picture it...Valentine's Day 2018. I'm waiting at 12:30 for an arrangement I paid 142 dollars for the previous day, which should have been ready at 11:30. At about 12:50, they finally bring it out, I notice that it seems super small for $142. I told the cashier that I believe they gave me the wrong arrangement, and they had. At about 1:15, the "correct" arrangement is brought out...WRONG!!! It still wasn't the right one. When I pointed out the missing items, the manager walked out and tried to just stuff them between the box and the basket. THE WORST SERVICE I'VE EVER EXPECRIENCED. THE WORST EDIBLE ARRANGEMENT LOCATION!! I live in NY I ordered an arrangement for Mothers Day 2 days in advance. I called to just change the apartment number. Not only could I NOT get through to anyone because the line kept saying "this number is not receiving phone calls at this time" but when I did get a ring it went to a voicemail. Finally after a day of calling I got through to someone and told them the change, Mother's Day comes and they NEVER delivered the arrangement, no notification or anything. Now that I want a refund the customer service is telling me it's at the store discretion if they want to refund my money. HOW?! You can't deliver a Mother's Day gift after the fact AND if the arrangement could not be delievered for any reason the customer should be notified so they can take the necessary steps. Mind you I am still trying to get a hold of someone for my refund. I've been a loyal customer of the franchise and have never experienced such distasteful service. read more

My husband placed an order a week before valentine's day. Paid in full over $120 for an arrangement to be delivered to my work. I work at a school, so he told them morning delivery at the latest. This was the only thing I asked for on vday. It is a fun little treat to share with my friends at work. I watched my coworkers get their flowers and candy. My husband kept texting me asking if I had gotten a surprise at work. Every time my answer was no. Nothing yet. So he tries to call them. Line is busy, busy, busy! At 1:30 I can tell he is starting to freak out. We leave school at 3:30, so only 2 hrs left. Finally gets thru to ea only to be put on hold for 40 minutes. Hangs up calls back. Busy, busy, busy. 3:30 rolls around. No delivery. Disappointing to say the least. That night, at 7pm, we get a call. The delivery guy wanted to know if I was still at work so he could drop off my arrangement. Said I was not at work. He wanted to know if I wanted it to be delivered the next day. If you have ever had one of these, you know they do not age well. So I said no thanks but could he have someone call us. Next day late afternoon Tara the manager calls after my husband has called several times requesting a manager call. My husband explains what happened and wants to know how they are going to fix the situation. Tara offers a refund, which was nice considering they never even delivered the paid for arrangement. My husband tells her he expects a full refund but what are they gonna do to keep his business. Tara hmmms and haws and finally admits that the owner doesn't give her authority to offer anything but a refund. Who makes someone a manager and doesn't bother to give them any power to provide customer service? Apparently the same person who takes someone's hard earned cash, doesn't bother to deliver, then thinks a teacher will still be at school at 7 pm. My friend had Shari berries delivered to her. They came on time, nicely packaged, and were delicious. Was this a big deal in the grand scheme of life? Nope! Was I disappointed? Yes! Will I give them my business again? No way!
