I was driving on Pembroke Road heading west from Palm Avenue, the road merge to one lane due to a lane closure and the driver of the edible truck cut into my lane and almost hitting me and when I honked my horn he raised his hand and gave me the middle finger. He then sped up and swerved into my lane and cut me off. I had to break hard to avoid a crash. This is extremely unprofessional and dangerous, and he represents the company. My sister ordered an arrangement on 9/8 for my birthday on 9/10, She knew my daughter planned a dinner party for me at a restaurant and requested delivery between 3-5pm. After 5:30 she (trying to surprise me) asked my daughter if she can postpone my dinner for later, my daughter changed it to 8pm. Well at 7pm they finally deliver the fruits which were the nastiest looking bunch ever, We called and they offered excuses but never offered to send a new order of fresh fruits, The next day, we called again and they offered no help. No refund to my sister and no new fruits despite the basket looking a mess, nasty and inedible. I told my sister never again, for the cost of the fruit and the condition and time it took to deliver the basket. I'm thinking it should be early-ish. 5 pm comes and goes and no delivery. So I figure I will call the store the next day to cancel. At 9:30 pm the security gate to our homeowners association called to say there was a delivery. Really? At 9:30 pm? Came in a regular, non-refrigerated car. Lots of condensation. Put it in the fridge until next day. When we started it today, half of the fruit is super green, not ripe. Others were nearly spoiled. Really disappointed considering I spent well over $100 on this. I called to find out if they had the box of chocolate covered strawberries ready in the store to pick up & they told me they had them there. I reiterated "so I can just walk in & pick up a box" they said yes. It took me 15 minutes to get there. I tried to call them the next day to find out what happened but they don't answer the phone. After calling several times, I got through and was told that they would look into it and call back. They did not. I called again several times because no one answers the damn phone around there and they said they were forwarding it to another location because they couldn't deliver it today. So I asked for a refund and they said to call the new location. I called and spoiler alert! No one answers the damn phone there too. I will never spend money or recommend this company to anyone. At 5:15 the delivery driver called me to ask if the person was still at the office to delivery them and he was 20 minutes away. When I called to let the store know what happened, the rep told me that it was ok they would just delivery it tomorrow. No apology no anything. If I wanted them for the next day I would have simply ordered them the next day. This was by far the worst customer service experience I have ever had. I do not yelp at all. I am one who would rather walk away from bad service but this one had to be noted. The lady I spoke to this morning was rude and her attitude was down right offensive. After speaking to her to confirm the delivery address she hung up abruptly. After this encounter I waited until noon again and spoke to a different lady, she pulled up my order and still had the WRONG delivery address. I calmly provided the correct address and even asked it be repeated back to me. It was adjusted as I was now able to see it online. Keep in mind the item was not picked up and in my belief even created in store yet. By 3 oclock (mind you they had all day for delivery) they contact the recipient and advise her they are at the WRONG address.... are they serious!?!??? RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL. The two ladies at the 407 need training in the worst way. I called and the first time they left me on hold for 9 minutes then hung up. The second time right before I was placed on hold i told the young ladyI was on hold for a whilr with no response and she assured me that she would not do that...... -_- 6 minutes later, on hold, same thing, they hung up. I would not recommend this establishment at all. I ordered an arrangement on Saturday May 8 to be delivered on Monday, May 10. Without any notice whatsoever the store randomly changed the delivery date to WEDNESDAY May 12th. When I called them on Tuesday they made every excuse why it wasn't delivered and after several calls to the store and two calls to corporate they finally delivered the arrangement at 7 pm on Tuesday May 11th. The staff in the store was rude and incompetent. My sister and I put in two orders (12 x 2) of chocolate covered strawberries $34.99 Each, for Mother's day for pick-up next day. When I called before I went there a girl told me there was a long line and I told her I had an 2:30 pm appointment, next she told me that everyone in the line had an appointment. My waiting time in line was 1 hour. A young man came and proceeded to give me a very small box that didn't look like all those strawberries wouldn't fit in.
