I was driving on Pembroke Road heading west from Palm Avenue, the road merge to one lane due to a lane closure and the driver of the edible truck cut into my lane and almost hitting me and when I honked my horn he raised his hand and gave me the middle finger. He then sped up and swerved into my lane and cut me off. I had to break hard to avoid a crash. This is extremely unprofessional and dangerous, and he represents the company. Wish I could give zero stars. read more

My sister ordered an arrangement on 9/8 for my birthday on 9/10, She knew my daughter planned a dinner party for me at a restaurant and requested delivery between 3-5pm. After 5:30 she (trying to surprise me) asked my daughter if she can postpone my dinner for later, my daughter changed it to 8pm. Well at 7pm they finally deliver the fruits which were the nastiest looking bunch ever, We called and they offered excuses but never offered to send a new order of fresh fruits, The next day, we called again and they offered no help. No refund to my sister and no new fruits despite the basket looking a mess, nasty and inedible. I told my sister never again, for the cost of the fruit and the condition and time it took to deliver the basket. Had the order arrived within the time my sister ordered and asked for the delivery I'm sure it would have been better but it was a horrible mess. read more

my daughter ordered me an arrangement for my birthday to be delivered yesterday, not only hasn't it arrived, but they wont answer when she calls so to get updates she has to use other people phones because they literally are ignoring her! We are running out of phones as fast as they are running out of excuses!!! read more

Same day delivery was not made on scheduled day. I called to check status and they assured me it would be there by the end of business day (this was for a business which closes at 5pm) I never got a courtesy call either to at least let me know they couldn't deliver. Tried to follow up with them but they don't answer past 4:30pm. I had to call them the next day and they had no idea why it was not delivered. I give them 3 stars because the girl I spoke with refunded the delivery fee and asked if I wanted to reschedule for the next week. Be careful when placing an order for same day delivery. read more

I needed a thoughtful yet inexpensive birthday gift on the fly. I went online, found something within my price range, ordered it up and waited for the phone call from the receiving party. I should have listened to the other reviews! Absolutely horrible! Placed an order for my sister's birthday to be delivered on Tuesday March 2nd. The order just arrived now, at 9:15pm!! I wanted my sister to enjoy the treat I gifted her with during her actual birthday, not as a midnight snack! Also the arrangement of chocolate covered strawberries was not cold or chilled they were room temperature. As far as I know Tuesday is not a holiday so I do not understand why the delivery wasn't made until after 9pm! Stay away from this location, service is terrible!!! read more

Terrible! ordered an edible arrangement on Sunday, May 9 to be delivered Tuesday, May 11. By the end of the day nothing had been delivered and both the website and an email stated "Delivery attempt unsuccessful." which I can't understand as the recipient was home all day. Tried calling the store voicemail box full. Tried calling corporate- no answer. Tried calling Wednesday the 12 and got a busy signal. The store called me asking if I wanted to cancel the order. I told them that if it could be delivered that day (Wednesday) I'd keep the order current. Wednesday comes and goes...no edible arrangement. Tried calling Thursday morning and left a voicemail. arrangement delivered 1:15 pm Website still indicates they are arranging my order... no delivered notification and no call back. If you're considering doing an edible arrangement... think again! read more

This was the WORST experience EVER. DO NOT USE Edible Arrangements located at 3725 Hollywood Blvd. Hollywood, FL *** USE ANY OTHER LOCATION **** It took them 3 separate deliveries to deliver my full order. FIRST they were NO SHOW . . said my order was in transit. SECOND - NEXT DAY they delivered just the fruit, NO BALLOON, NO CHOCOLATES. Maybe they thought I'd never find out???? Then after complaining, they said they would send a WHOLE NEW delivery complete with everything. THIRD - They delivered just the chocolates and the balloon. WOW they are a MESS !!!! NOT a good impression on my clients or me. . . USE ANY OTHER BRANCH - JUST NOT 3725 Hollywood Blvd !!! read more

My family didn't get arrangement, had to follow up with both Hotel and EA. Additionally, I think the stuff is over priced for what you get.

Ordered a large arrangement on 2/12 for family, to be delivered 2/15. At 4 pm 2/15 they called and asked if they could deliver the next day. Ok, fine. I'm thinking it should be early-ish. 5 pm comes and goes and no delivery. So I figure I will call the store the next day to cancel. At 9:30 pm the security gate to our homeowners association called to say there was a delivery. Really? At 9:30 pm? Came in a regular, non-refrigerated car. Lots of condensation. Put it in the fridge until next day. When we started it today, half of the fruit is super green, not ripe. Others were nearly spoiled. Really disappointed considering I spent well over $100 on this. I could have put together better myself. read more

I put my order in a week prior to Father-day, I just received a called from this location at 4:45 to ask me if it's to late to send out his $200+ order? Completely unexceptionable and unprofessional especially on Father's Day. I order al least 5 arrangements a year. NEVER AGAIN FROM THIS LOCATION. read more

If I could give zero stars I would. STAY AWAY people. Go somewhere else. Made an order online for the next day. I called around 2 to see if everything went out ok. Turns out they didn't even make it and told me it wouldn't get to its destination until maybe 5pm. I specifically asked for the morning, as no one would be at the destination in late afternoon. Also found out my order wasn't made because they only were making items for Mother's Day. How come no one could call and let us know ? Did they think wouldn't notice? Manager didn't seem to care the order wasn't made. Told me she can't guarantee a time, but would try for 5pm. She sounded like a little girl. It actually sounded like a bunch of young kids running the store. When my wife called back a few times, they didn't even bother to pick up the phone. How can you not pick up the phone in a business. Owner, I hope you are seeing this. The customer service doesn't exist at this store. I usually don't advocate for firing, and know we are in middle of Covid19, but maybe they should get rid of this manager and hire someone who is more qualified that doesn't have a job anymore. STAY AWAY read more

If I could they would get no stars. I have dealt with Edible arrangements before but this store is a nightmare. They weren't able to deliver the day I requested because it got late for driver. The business I was sending the arrangements to was closing at 5. I agreed to have it delivered the next day. The day came and went and no delivery. I tried to call and no response and I emailed them and I have yet to receive a reply. The most unprofessional store I have ever dealt with. I have reached out to corporate and have filed an official complaint. When ordering if it's store 407, which is this one. Beware because they will not deliver and no answer your calls. Horrible customer service! After timing the bell when planing a phone call and ringing the bell multiple times did someone come to the front. And with that she gave me my preordered purchase and I left with a smile. I sure hope it taste good read more

I called to find out if they had the box of chocolate covered strawberries ready in the store to pick up & they told me they had them there. I reiterated "so I can just walk in & pick up a box" they said yes. It took me 15 minutes to get there. When I told the girl I was there to pick up a box of chocolate covered fruit she said "it's going to be an hour." I said I was told they were available to be up she simply shrugged her shoulders & said it's going to be an hour, we're busy. Not to mention that both girls that are taking orders have scowls on their faces. Horrible service and customer service. I will never use them again. And they weren't busy at all. They had 2 people in the place. read more

If I could give this store negative stars I would. I wish I would of read the reviews on Yelp before I ordered from them. After doing a little research it seems that all the edible arrangement stores have terrible reviews. I placed an order 4 days prior to delivery date. My order was not delivered as promised. I tried to call them the next day to find out what happened but they don't answer the phone. After calling several times, I got through and was told that they would look into it and call back. They did not. I called again several times because no one answers the damn phone around there and they said they were forwarding it to another location because they couldn't deliver it today. So I asked for a refund and they said to call the new location. I called and spoiler alert! No one answers the damn phone there too. I will never spend money or recommend this company to anyone. I hope they go out of business. There is no accountability at these stores apparently. read more

These people are beyond unprofessional. I placed a delivery order at 8:30am to be delivered at a business before 5pm. At 5:15 the delivery driver called me to ask if the person was still at the office to delivery them and he was 20 minutes away. When I called to let the store know what happened, the rep told me that it was ok they would just delivery it tomorrow. No apology no anything. If I wanted them for the next day I would have simply ordered them the next day. The representative laughed at me and didn't care to have any type of professionalism to try to make up for their inability to do what they were supposed to do. She wasn't even surprised that the driver hadn't delivered so this tells me this is normal for them. Absolutely unprofessional and ridiculous. Do not order from here. read more

This location is HORRIBLEEEEEE ! I repeat HORRIBLEEEEE ! The customer service here lacks. From the manager to the actual owner of the shop who has NOT since still contacted me. I've been dealing with a case since MAY from this location. No one has done anything about my refund so corporate had to actually administer a refund to me sad. I don't care if the person who was delivering my arrangements was not actually an employee but a 3rd party you guys use someone should have contacted me about the experience that I had. The driver I had arrived to the location I requested almost an hour after the scheduled time & had no communication that the arrangement was not delivered. As well she very rudely told me I would last on her delivery route since she lives near the location I needed it to be delivered. YEAH I THINK NOT. This location needs to be shut down. read more

This was by far the worst customer service experience I have ever had. I do not yelp at all. I am one who would rather walk away from bad service but this one had to be noted. The lady I spoke to this morning was rude and her attitude was down right offensive. After speaking to her to confirm the delivery address she hung up abruptly. After this encounter I waited until noon again and spoke to a different lady, she pulled up my order and still had the WRONG delivery address. I calmly provided the correct address and even asked it be repeated back to me. It was adjusted as I was now able to see it online. Keep in mind the item was not picked up and in my belief even created in store yet. By 3 oclock (mind you they had all day for delivery) they contact the recipient and advise her they are at the WRONG address.... are they serious!?!??? RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL. The two ladies at the 407 need training in the worst way. I called and the first time they left me on hold for 9 minutes then hung up. The second time right before I was placed on hold i told the young ladyI was on hold for a whilr with no response and she assured me that she would not do that...... -_- 6 minutes later, on hold, same thing, they hung up. Word of advice ladies, if you do not like where you work, find another job. We don't need to pay for it. Never ordering from here again. read more

I would not recommend this establishment at all. I ordered an arrangement on Saturday May 8 to be delivered on Monday, May 10. Without any notice whatsoever the store randomly changed the delivery date to WEDNESDAY May 12th. When I called them on Tuesday they made every excuse why it wasn't delivered and after several calls to the store and two calls to corporate they finally delivered the arrangement at 7 pm on Tuesday May 11th. The staff in the store was rude and incompetent. It was not worth the stress and aggravation in dealing with this and if you have a deadline when you want your arrangement delivered I would go elsewhere. read more

Horrible customer service! While understanding that holidays are busy days for retailers they also make a lot of money out of it. Is this case, after waiting about an hour to pickup my order for mothers day on 05/09, I found out for a picture from the recipient that the order was missing all accents related to the holiday which for me defeat the whole purpose. I called the next day, Evelyn answered and asked for the manager, after asking for the manager twice more on the same call and wait for 15 more min I hung up, the store Manager at the moment(ALLIE I was told 05/10 @10am) was never responsible enough to hear a clients's problem. My sister and I put in two orders (12 x 2) of chocolate covered strawberries $34.99 Each, for Mother's day for pick-up next day. When I called before I went there a girl told me there was a long line and I told her I had an 2:30 pm appointment, next she told me that everyone in the line had an appointment. My waiting time in line was 1 hour. A young man came and proceeded to give me a very small box that didn't look like all those strawberries wouldn't fit in. I questioned him and he told me that yes, my whole order was there meanwhile I knew it wasn't. At that time, I insisted he go back and ask the girls inside, it turned out he was wrong and I was right the order wasn't complete. When I get the strawberries they were sooo small for the price. Just a side note, this same year I order 1 box of 12 chocolate strawberries & they were huge. So I feel Completely ripped off. They have young kids running the store, they don't have a clue and changed quality for same price. Stay Away from this place!!! read more

I order from edible arrangement stores all the time and I honestly can't say I've had a bad experience.. But today unfortunately I was unhappy. It's my moms birthday and I ordered for same day delivery like I usually do (a service of theirs that I love). I got her pistachio covered chocolate strawberries and when I came to see her after work and saw the strawberries I was bummed. There was like no pistachio. It was like a little green dust, my mom even told me "Kathy I know these are bananas with nuts but what's this green stuff it looks weird".. I literally was a bit embarrassed but tried to act like that's how it is.. NO the picture on the site shows a strawberry with pistachio topping and u gave me no pistachio at all..
