I was hoping to be able to pick it up sooner, so I was very pleasantly surprised when I checked my e-mail and saw a message confirming that the order was ready to be picked up. The Mini Birthday box came with 4 dipped and decorated strawberries and 2 chunks of pineapple made to look like birthday cakes. They were very cute, juicy and delicious! I love all their cute options for different dipped fruits. I enjoy the variety box that offers strawberries, bananas, and apples dipped in chocolate. The apples are my absolute favorite!!!! They also have pineapples and in different shapes, like mustaches for Father's Day. I do think the fruit is a little over priced but most chocolate dipped fruit places are & they make their menu items look nice and are available for delivery. We stopped into this location last weekend when they had a free smoothie offer. I had no idea they had smoothies till I saw it on FB. We were in the area and it sounded refreshing and it was! I got the pineapple strawberry. I did think about the kale, but it had melon and I was worried it would be too overpowering. While we were there we got 2 chocolate covered pineapples too! They were super cute and had sprinkles on top. The chocolate coating is really good. I love chocolate covered fruit and always prefer it over flowers when getting and giving gifts. I thought the chocolate covered apples were cute. Kind of funny they were calling them healthy donuts. This location is easy to miss since it's kind of hidden near the old Marsh and Kohls. I am always in that strip mall, but it's on the side. I do think the smoothies would be a refreshing choice and I didn't think $5 was too bad. And our pineapple pieces were $3 each. read more

A bouquet of flowers can be cliche, and some might even think them unoriginal; and, although I'm not one of that group (flowers are ALWAYS loved, appreciated, yearned for) I have to say that Edible Arrangements is a chocolate covered surprise...a bouquet that is both pleasant to look at and sweet to eat. The best part of getting an Edible Arrangement was the thoughtfulness behind it, getting a surprise delivery is always fun, but add fresh chilled fruit and sweet chocolate...spells love to me! As for the taste, I didn't enjoy the dipped chocolate fruit as much as I thought I would; I ended up picking the chocolate off the fruit and eating it separately. But, that's just my personal taste preference. It's pretty good fruit, I'd give it 5 stars if it were great fruit, just a little ripe for me. I placed order online for "a bunch of Get well" balloons. 1st the delivery driver left the balloons tied to the mailbox at the house being delivered to then secondly instead of sending the balloons I requested they decided to send balloons that said "happy birthday & smiley emojis" Really?! So instead of reading my order this location just decided to send whatever. To say the least I'm not happy. Update: Worker contacted me today to say she received my complaint regarding my order. She apologized as well as acknowledge that she had messed up. She refunded my order & resent correct "get well" balloons, in addition added on the small get well fruit bouquet all at no cost. Now that's what I call owning your mistake & going the extra mile for your customer. On that note I'm changing my 1 star to a 4 star & will use them again for repeat business. read more

I purchased an edible arrangement online to be delivered on Valentine's Day, but it was delivered on the 12th. I spoke to two people at the Carmel location. They were both very sincere and said they would have the manager call me back. Taylor, the manager, called back with an attitude and the majority of her information about the situation was incorrect. Taylor said she's pretty sure I picked the wrong date for delivery and that there is nothing they can do for me. She told me since I didn't pick a Valentine's Day arrangement that there's no way they would deliver it on Valentine's Day, but the website doesn't say that anywhere. Also, she didn't have time to check the website to make sure it said that or not. She was very condescending and no help. My girlfriend's surprise was ruined. read more

I ordered an arrangement for my son and his family for Valentine's Day. This was to be my Valentine gift for all of them. I knew they would love it more than flowers. The problem is--they never got it. I called them in the evening and they said they were home, but nothing came. The next morning I called Edible Arrangements and they said they got so swamped they couldn't fill all their orders, but would send it that day and not charge for delivery. The whole point was spoiled. They weren't going to be home, anyway. They didn't want it and I wasn't in a good mood about it at all. I cancelled out. I sent two arrangements recently: one to my mother who went to Florida with my aunt, and another to a cousin who had just had surgery. My mother and aunt raved about theirs that it was fresh and it lasted only a few days. My cousin's family actually called saying that a note just didn't seem to be enough. They came home from a rough time being at the hospital, not wanting to think about dinner - someone else had brought them things from Panera, and there was also the Edible Arrangement I sent them that even had orange slices in it that their grandson LOVED. I purchased a valentine arrangement and cookies for my grandkids. Delivery was on February 13. The arrangement arrived without the cookies. The arrangement was not up to their usual arrangements. I called on February 14. The owner and I discussed a new delivery or a return of my money. Decided I would resend. She said they could deliver on Tuesday, February 18. It was not delivered. I have ordered from this store three times. The site says that they cannot guarantee delivery time so to call if you have a special request. I called and was told that they could make a deliver the next day by 12:00 noon. At noon, the delivery was not here. I called and was told that the delivery person was running behind. It didn't arrive until almost 1:00 p.m. The next time I had the same problem. Delivery was not made before noon. This last time they were able to get the delivery to me before noon. However, I had ordered the Mickey Mouse Clubhouse Party bouquet and instead got the Dora bouquet. I looked back at the site and it said that the product container may vary. Normally, I don't care if I order a yellow container and it comes in a green one or something like that. However, when I order an arrangement for a Mickey Mouse party, I need it in a Mickey Mouse container. I don't want Dora for my Mickey Mouse party. I think that they could have at least called me to check. I would have rather that it was in a plain container if Mickey wasn't available. Anyway, this is three strikes and you're out. I am ordering these arrangements for my business and I can't continue to deal with these errors. read more

I ordered near a $300 dollar bucket of fruit for a special occasion. I was super excited because edible arrangements are so much better than typical flowers. You get to eat them!! When the basket arrived and I was sent pictures. I got outraged. They sent a basket half the size!! I went into the store and the customer service was awful. I was told they could remake it if I wanted to wait. I said they occasion was already over and that was besides the point. I was told In fact it was the wrong basket. The basket we did receive wasn't even good. There was more kale showing than fruit! I asked to speak to the manager. The manager wasn't there and I was told I could call or come in tomorrow. I came back in and the manager could hardly give me the time of day and wanted to remake it as well or refund me the difference between the basket I got and the one I ordered. I said this was unacceptable service for the $300 I paid for some fruit! She said she would reach out to the owner and call me. I never received a call and ended up emailing corporate. In the mean time I went back in the store to try to give them yet another chance. They said I got a refund and kept saying they weren't mad at me! I was told she didn't understand why the manager didn't at least call me back. Where has the customer service gone? I wish you could choose the store the basket comes from because I like edible arrangements. The experience has mad me not want to order anything else from this location again. I paid extra to have it delivered on Valentine's Day. They missed the delivery and delivered it the next day when my wife was off work. I've been trying to get a refund for two months. I closed my credit card and was issued a new one due to fraud. The store manager told me that they could not put it back on a different card and that it was not his problem. I called the corporate office and they told me that I had to go through the store. The store manager told me that the owner would call me and I'm still waiting on that call. My mother ordered a fruit arrangement for my son's graduation open house. It was guaranteed to be delivered by noon. It finally came at 3:30 after the party was over. The fruit that was delivered was very over ripe. They offered her 50% off her next order as compensation. Luckily Marsh was close by and had FRESH fruit at a much more reasonable price. Even with 50% off the next order, I would not trust the delivery promises or quality from this service again. read more
