There are a wide variety of food and drink vendors with friendly staff, and this location has textile recycling. Come early though because the market closes at 2:00 PM. A few of my favorite vendors include: - White Moustache Yogurt: The handmade yogurts are delicious and decadent. This is definitely one of those treat yourself purchases. Definitely try the Walnut and Honey and Dates flavors. - Simple Fine Foods: They offer a wide assortment of British pies. They sell them frozen, so you can easily bake them to reheat at home. - The Lentil Co.: The Spiced Crunchy Mung Lentil snacks are addicting. - Wave Hill Breads: The highlight here is their focaccia. Both the sea salt and rosemary are tasty.

I love the vicinity to the park, as it is literally right on it. I'll go for a run in the morning and make my way over here for my fresh seafood, pickles, veggies and fruits. The flower arrangements are always in season blossoms. I love getting heirloom eggs, and visiting the bakery for my extra fermented sourdough. There are so many great options here that I have yet to try, like some of the cheese vendors but you can't go wrong with practically any of the products. Even get your labneh here. I've been in this neighborhood for 4 years and come quite often. It's busy but worth the hype!

5 star review for the Knoll Krest Farm stand @ the Tuccker Square Greenmarket…read more They always have such high quality products, and amazing customer service. They sell a variety of seasonally rotating items including fresh pastas, soups, potpies and pastries, etc., I also find they're the best stand in this small market to purchase goods for later in the week/future meal planning. For example, the Chicken Pozole $15/qt- can be purchased at room temp or frozen. The frozen option is fantastic for a quick easy meal on hand- can be defrosted quickly or during the day in the fridge. My parents are obsessed with the pozole from el mitote- but my mom likes to modify hers as white meat only which they often cannot do. They were very happy when I introduced them to Knoll Krest Farm's Pozole- they reported back that it was flavorful and had a TON of white meat chicken. It's also reasonably priced. The other soups they had that day were a vegetable soup and I believe a chicken noodle.

The market is named after Richard Tucker the Opera singer. The nearby park is a comfortable place to rest after you shop. This area is great for visitors to Lincoln Center and the nearby American Folk Art Museum. I'm going back soon since I still have friends living in the neighborhood. It's fresh fruit and veggies so enjoy!
