They were eager to help me get back on track. We looked at all the possibilities and they helped me find my direction and determine what was best for me. My trainer, Chris, is the best. He's there every step of the way; workout plan, diet, encouragement and goal setting. It doesn't matter how old you are, 360 Fitness is the place to be to make your fitness goals a reality. You will be impressed with all they have to offer and how they can personalize it for you. For me, 360 Fitness will always be my gym. I hope to see you there.

If you're looking into personal training, I highly recommend Chris Savoie. I was a little intimidated to start personal training again, but Chris met me where I was at and has consistently challenged me to push myself, grow, and get better. No workout is the same- he keeps it fresh and exciting without skipping out on the basics. Chris also does small group training and has a knack for matching up skill levels and personalities and making sure that each participant gets individualized attention even while in a group setting.

    The low star reviews below are just misinformed. You cannot just show up to Orangetheory last…read moreminute and have it work. Please. Respect other people. If you want to check it out, show up 30 minutes early and these folks will set you up. There is a system, one that works. I've lost over 40 lbs with Orange Theory and believe in it, and as a traveler, so happy it is here. I have been to over 20 Orangetheory stops and this is one of the best. Alex got us through a very challenging workout and it was one of my favorite workouts (after the fact). So happy and lucky that Orangetheory is in Tyler. I live in Austin and Boulder, and am so jazzed that I can get a workout with Alex in Tyler.

I also want to address the 5 minute comment below. If you've been to OT you understand the class is very structured and broken up into 2-3 groups at a time. It is not a freestyle workout and often includes partner workouts. They have a 5 minute warm-up period that makes it easy to enter the class, but after that period it is VERY disruptive to have people coming and going. They also often have a waitlist of people to get into a class if someone no-shows so the 5 minute period also allows for this. If you are the type of person that can't show up a few minutes early then maybe OTF isn't for you. I know I've had life get in the way a few times and been turned away at the door. It's certainly frustrating but after going for a few sessions you understand why that's the policy. I've lost 30 pounds on the program and continue to go multiple times a week even after meeting my goal weight.

They all genuinely care about your personal body goals and even your limits healthy wise (bad knees, bad back, in my case bad wrist). They will adjust workouts for you personally if you have limitations and they make sure the adjustments still work the areas that we are targeting for the day. Not only are they workout gurus but they are also extremely knowledgeable when it comes to nutrition. TJ's 9 Week Challenge is just that (challenging) but I promise if you stick with the nutrition plan and workout schedule, that you will see MASSIVE results. The workouts at this gym are tough but fun. I never knew you could get so much from a 45 minute workout. I always throughout you had to be in the gym 5 days a week putting in 2 hours each day. You don't even need 4 days a week here with just the 45 minute workouts because the workouts are designed so well. I've had great results all the way around at Massive Action. I've gained muscles, lost fat, improved my nutrition, increased my stamina, and also gained a lot of knowledge on how to properly do workouts and just about fitness in general. Massive Action is like a family and you will be proud to be a part of it. The trainers genuinely care and you will not just become a number. Young or old , you will love it. Accountability is pushed by all of the coaches but ultimately it's up to each individual to put in the Massive Action that it takes to get those Massive Results.
