Wish there was a 0 rating on yelp. Run don't walk away from this broker. Trying to sell lots that don't perk for septic. Very unprofessional. We lost quite a bit of money in this transaction, asked for more due diligence money. Beware of this trap. read more

This guy scott is a thief, he hired me remake the landscaping outside of a house he wanted to put in the market. I worked for 3 days, paid for all of the materials, rented a bobcat, and paid for all of the labor out of my own pocket $4680. I have not seen a single cent. He kept telling me he will show up to give me a check and would NEVER show up while I was there. The times he showed up he would tell me to keep working that he will bring me a check in the afternoon, I was tricked for three days but no more after that. I have recordings of us talking in person According to him he would come when I wasn't there. PLEASE DONT TRUST THIS SCOTT OR EDGE 5 REALTY. read more

Me and my mother were greeted by the receptionist whom was very shocked that I payed them a visit I told her that I was extremely interested in the property she told me to write down my contact information as well as my mother's I then received a text message asking that I set up an appointment to view the home I became very excited to be told that they have to reschedule. So I wait expecting to hear something.. NOTHING was heard SO I reached out and was then told that the property was given to another applicant I was immediately frustrated with the LACK of communication and customer service this company has. After expressing my frustration I then received another message saying "Bryan" wants to speak with me at 430pm Est I agreed I started to speak with Bryan and Immediately sensed that LOAD OF CRAP he was telling me and my mom on the phone I never heard a Land Lord moving one tenant from one property to another because they have been his renter for 5yrs and he's a great person. WHAT A BUNCH OF BALONEY! here's a little message for BRYAN " you need to get your team together or hire a team of call reps to handle everything because the communication SUCKS! I will NEVER recommend this company to anyone looking to rent or purchase a property!

After moving to NC from…read moreVirginia--and selling three family homes in three years in Pennsylvania, the Outer Banks, and Virginia--my husband and I have collaborated with several excellent agents, but Angela stands above them all. She exceeded our expectations not just once, but twice, through her professionalism, responsiveness, and genuine commitment to helping us through every step of the process. We first met Angela in 2022 while we were still living in VA. After our older son accepted a job in Charlotte, I contacted Julie at Carolina Buyers' Agent for help finding him a home in the area. Angela collaborated with us remotely and was wonderful from the start. She researched subdivisions across NC and SC, followed up with the builder's agent once we narrowed our search, and helped us connect with a mortgage lender and schedule the home inspection. As out-of-towners who could not visit every location ourselves, we especially appreciated Angela's friendly, helpful approach and the care she took to guide us through the process. In late 2024, my husband and I decided to purchase a lot in York County, SC, and build a home. We knew Angela was the right person to represent us, and she immediately stepped in with enthusiasm and expertise. She researched builders, arranged model-home tours, and connected us with trusted resources for surveying, forest management, septic installation, and other key needs. The construction process lasted about a year, and we closed in April 2026. Along the way, we faced the expected challenges, including weather and permitting delays related to our lot's rural location. Throughout it all, Angela stayed in close communication with us and the builder, kept detailed notes from meetings, and followed up persistently--but always graciously--to get answers. Several builder representatives even complimented her advocacy on our behalf. She was also a supportive listener whenever we faced frustrations during the build. In the end, everything worked out beautifully, thanks in large part to Angela's professionalism and persistence.
