I had looked at the website, done my research and found the mobility scooter I was interested in, all I needed was to hear advice if it was the right scooter, and to find the price. My daughter and I went down to the Hessle Road store, and went in. This was a difficult trip as I suffer from a disability similar to Parkinsons, not only makes it hard for me to get from a to b but am constantly aware how my tremor looks to others. I walked into the shop to be greeted by the shop keeper, with the words, are you really cold ? hmm thanks, it took me a lot to go out that day and I wouldn't have thought my disability would be pointed out so bluntly by the very person who I had gone to for advice. big thumbs down here, will look else where !! read more
