Most reviewers even said they were very punctual and on-time. Well ... not so much for us. The first time they were supposed to pick it up we waited for them to arrive, only to find out the truck broke down on the highway and they eventually canceled. OK, that is fine. Not under their control really (mostly ). Second attempt they had a time slot of 9-11 to pick up the piano. We had the house ready, cars moved, and waited. At the last minute they canceled. They said it was because we indicated we had to be out of the house in the afternoon. That wasn't a hard deadline as we just wanted to get stuff done in the afternoon, and we could have slipped a bit. Also, that was an hour after the initial pickup window. So the second time we were left staring at our sold piano that cannot be moved by this company. I expected some extra effort on their part for this move since they dropped the ball the first time, but no. I have no idea if these are the best piano moves on the planet. Their motto is "WE-FEAR-NO-PIANO", and I guess since they never got to see our piano in person, they can still claim that. Our move would have been super simple as it was on ground level, lots of street access, and two possible exit points. In any case, good luck with your scheduling these movers.
