Very pleasant and helpful. Suggested we should invite the free lesson they are offering on Thursday, Jan 13th at 5:30. He said the teacher was gonna be Melody a graduate student from Santa Clara University. Great! We show up at 5:20. Waited until 5:30, no one, so went into a room with a teacher teaching online lessons and got his attention, asked him about the class. He said he had no idea, he went and asked another person and he said may be she us running late. I showed the email with the confirmation time and day. He said maybe it was a mistake in their side, and I e should wait 15 more minutes to see if she shows up. Waited till 5:45, no one showed up. I called the owner and left a message. What a waste of time. Worked a full day and still got my kid on time and the place didn't even feel a need to at least send a notice of change or cancellation of class. No one returned my call either. No way to run a business:(
