Fine dining on the slopes in the Dolomites - table service, table clothes, cloth napkins, wine and cocktails, all with gorgeous views of the mountains. I am now spoiled forever. Our best meal so far in the Dolomites! Started with an appetizer of raw and cooked seafood that was amazing - Tuna tartare, smoked salmon, calamari, red shrimp sashimi, a longastino, and two amazing tempura fried shrimp, and a bottle of the Kerner white wine which arrived at our table chilled in a wine bucket. Wow! As delicious as it was beautiful.
We then each had a pasta - I had the venison ragu, my husband had the vongole linguine (clams), and our friend had the paparadelle w/ speck, like a carbonara. Desserts looked amazing, but alas, too full. Next time! Will definitely plan a meal here every time we come. Reservations recommended; it is super popular! read more
