I thoroughly enjoyed the umami burger, which had roasted tomato, caramelized onions, cheese, umami mayo and a very well seasoned and cooked patty. What a umami-licious combination! The fries were tasty with the not so spicy jalapeño mayo. The restaurant itself is nicely located in the mall, so convenient if you've worked up an appetite from shopping. It had a nice view of the Alster too. Service was fast and friendly, and the kitchen is surround by glass so you can see the burgers being made. I'll definitely be back to try their other burgers!

Here's the thing: this is a not a fancy burger place, it's one of those places you go on a night…read moreout that has really comfy food that doesn't taste artificial. With that expectation in mind you'll enjoy it. The place has enough tables and seats, you ask for your burger at the counter (you can choose menus, burger of the week or even a charity burger), they will assign you a number and will call you later so you can choose the toppings. The meat is fresh and yummy, the buns are peculiar since they are crispy and thin, so you will have to eat your burger with a knife and fork. Potatoes are amazing and they will give you a lots of them! You can choose from a variety of toppings, from vegetables to dips and all of them seemed fresh and the ones i choose were tasty. The staff was very kind, the lady at the counter spoke english well and was kind. Overall I really enjoyed this place!

Really? "Gourmet burgers"? You gotta be kidding…read more Why? Here's why: At the end of the day, Quentin's is an overpriced McDonald's: you have to order at the cash register and pay, then walk back to your table and wait for your food. The ambient: non-existent. Way too bright, not cozy. The burger quality: our burgers were made with frozen industrial patties (you can tell because the patties were so finely grated) - peppered with liquid smoke. The pricing: would be okay, if the quality of the burgers would reflect the price - which they don't. There are plenty good burger joints in Hamburg, so I won't reco to go here.

I couldn't decide what to order and ended up with the pastrami special that was right in front of my face at the cashier. I asked for the sandwich without bread and over a salad and though confused at first that's exactly what I got! I'm impressed with the customization options here and that the kitchen got it right. The big salad with pastrami and a small bottle of water was 11.60, the "menu" price. I was expecting to be charged for the sandwich and the salad so this was a positive. Food came out quickly and was pretty good. Salad wasn't the freshest but it was decent and with plenty of pastrami. I think I was the only person there not eating a burger and fries so I'm assuming they are good too. If I remember well it was cash only, or cash and EC card only so be prepared!
