The other car was stuck on his ball on the bumper so they hooked her car up to see if could get it removed. At that time the tow driver was yanking causing my sons truck to slide. When it finally came unstuck my son's bumper was completely destroyed from the pulling. Damage to the tail gate from where other car was hitting back and forth when he was pulling. Also cause damage to the rocker panel on passenger side. There would have only been minor damage from Collison but due the damage by your company they totaled the truck. I had to be at work. i couldn't just replace the battery or jump start the car because the battery was swollen and looked like it would explode (!). The lady who helped me over the phone when I called Wayne's was great. She told me how much it would be and had someone at my house in an hour and a half. The person who arrived checked the alternator, etc. replaced the battery. It was easy-peasy and a huge relief. Excellent customer service. Would definitely recommend.

I have AAA, contacted them, unbeknownst 1 hour and 30 minutes later still o help from AAA. I Pulled out my phone BLOUNT'S TOWING popped up! I told him the long story she laughed and stated, he will be there in about 20 minutes. I came promptly and towed my car to MAVIS Tire. Finally , I thought I'm here, nope they were behind and under staffed. He had to take another call, but came back to tow my car again to another place, not to leave me stranded. Upon his arrival Mavis Tire, stated, they would make a way to help me.
