Extremely disappointing experience. After purchasing a vehicle from this dealership, we are still waiting on the title more than 3 months later. This is a violation of Indiana's 31-day title requirement, and we have been forced to escalate to the Indiana Secretary of State Auto Dealer Services Division and the Indiana Attorney General's Office. Went Twice to have them fix my brakes fixed,first time was normal wear and tear, SECOND time was to fix there problems (improperly installed). Now they still squeal like crazy‼ All in all not happy mainly because we have to take it back there. Also for the money it cost to go a dealer I expect quality, that's the bottom line. After searching every local car dealership for the car we wanted, a good price, excellent customer service and an easy, pleasant, no high pressure sales experience, we found ourselves driving up the road to Salem! From the moment we walked on the lot it was low key, no high pressure, huge selection and polite staff. We test drove a couple cars and made an offer. The negotiations were simple, relaxed and kind. We had a couple requests for some minor repairs on the used car we wanted to purchase and the staff was happy to perform them prior to us signing any paperwork or taking ownership of the car. I took my truck up to have service done this week. Spent $350 to have them replace a set of spark plugs only to drive an hour home and have the check engine light come back on. When my Father took the truck back up (I had to work), they charged an additional $149, claiming that was just the cost of the O2 sensor. I can easily find the part for 1/5 cost.
