If ever requested in a real-life interview, I'd respond with "Loft." More particularly, this outlet store...because it is cheaper with a better selection than the nearby regular stores. Loft is a peppy, bright brand. Their clothes are high quality and generally last a good long time...unless I wear them out because I love them so much. Most of the employees I've interacted with have been friendly. One of them somehow even managed to convince me to upgrade my LoveLoft card to a MasterCard, which I totally did not need to do...but, points. Who can turn down points? I've never had a bad experience here and often leave with a big bag. It's a must visit at the Gloucester Premium Outlets for sure. Loft may not have a direct correlation to my personality as a human, but it does have a direct impact on my wardrobe stock. Interviewers would appreciate that, right?

I will say, when I first walked in, I was afraid it was going to be the same as most boutiques, if you aren't a "tiny size" there's nothing here for you. Boy, was I pleasantly surprised!!! Not only does she carry size women's small all the way up to 3X, she really did have plenty of inventory in all sizes!! Shannon almost immediately came over to see if I needed help and became like a personal shopper for me. Well, that's her job, right, to give the best service for her business. Yes, I agree. When you shop in Annie's Cranny and meet Shannon you get so much more than merchandise. On the website under "About the Boutique" it states "Our women's clothing boutique aims to provide an exceptional shopping experience of empowerment, inclusivity and good vibes." We perused the extensive store and found the high top style that she was after. She tried them on and was quite happy. No sale, so she passed. I never knew Converse had sooo many style - high tops, low, platforms, a boot type and even shoes! You can even customize your own online! Helpful, enthusiastic staff and some good sales. All housed within an awesome outlet complex.
