There is nothing on the site that states additional (almost $100 more!) for dog hair. You would think my car had mounds of dog hair, but it did not. I had sheets in the back seat for the dog. I should have been told when I dropped the car off that there would be an additional charge for this. The full detail was ok... not great. There were missed areas that still have grime in them and there were bits of dirt or something in the seats. I couldn't tell if they actually shampooed the seats. I DO NOT recommend this company due to the false advertising, outrageous additional charge, and subpar work. In response to Larry's response: it was not pouring rain when I picked it up sir. It was listing. I brought it in hours before it rained that day. I even asked you when I dropped it off if you could get it done before the rain. You said no problem. The spots that were missed were due to lack of detail or just missing them. It had nothing to do with the rain. The below point is mute. And you DID NOT say anything to me about additional charges for the dog hair when I dropped it off. You looked at the car with me when I dropped it off. You also said it is stated on your website which it IS NOT! I tried to say something about it and you gave me the lie about the website. I just wanted to get out of there. Shady business!

I work on a construction site and it had a lot of dust in all the crevices, between the seats, entire dashboard, etc. When I asked Jose if he could do that, without hesitation, he said "Can do, trust me, you will be happy." I was skeptical at first without having met him but this guy works his tail off. He also cares about his customer and what they specifically ask for. I left the house for maybe 30 minutes and when I returned he had my front seats actually removed out of the vehicle so he could thoroughly clean under and around them. I was amazed. Finally writing a review because after 4 years of nothing but positive experiences, they've more than earned it. The other reason I felt compelled to review is: while getting my routine oil change at the "Quik N Easy" garage today, I learned that ownership recently 'cleaned house,' according to new management. I was definitely surprised at first, but ultimately very IMPRESSED with the results of their 'clean-up'. In addition to all-new management and employees, they're now sporting: 1. 'updated customer service'--employees now use iPads to scan the VIN # when checking customers in, etc. 2. expanded and upgraded service offers--like, for example, high mileage oil change options ranging from 5, 10, & 15K miles 3. WIDE variety of new discounts--(well, I think they're ALL new because I don't remember them offering ANY discounts before...) but now, customers who work in healthcare, military, public safety, education, etc. can claim a certain % discount offered per their occupation (these are just the few I can remember him saying this afternoon) 4. as well as new mail-in-rebates that accompany purchases of a considerable majority of their products and services. I've always really liked this place, and for the past 4 years (which have included 3 separate vehicles, foreign/domestic, SUV/coupe) I have come here, and only here, for every single oil change, carwash, AC filter replacement, and a bunch of other random and/or general maintenance. Management switch is new and still fresh, but they seem promising enough for me to confidently say that I'll continue to bring all of my vehicle maintenance/service business exclusively to them. I highly recommend this business to you, yes you: the reader, fellow informed consumer, and fellow 'Yelper.' Even though you are just as much of a stranger to me as I am to you, trust me on this; I would NOT have put this amount of time into a drive-in garage/drive-thru carwash review if the praise was not 100% EARNED. Austin got rid of it all, and even got out scratch or two! We spoke on the phone the week prior when I was inquiring about car detailing, and he walked me through all the packages...I settled on the full detail package.
